    As for the penalties....isnt the rule still that if you piss hot the first time for a recreational drug you are put into a program and not suspended? So when a player DOES get suspended it is for repeated offenses correct?

    Seems like, from what we're hearing, Josh Gordon will be all (full year) or nothing on his suspension.
