Pick6I dont really get people's problem with Rondo. He's everything I would want in a player, besides his shoddy shot selection sometimes.

Hes an asshole, a bad teammate, doesnt accept coaching well, gets in arguments with his coach all the time. I mean other then that, hes great -
Hb31187Rondo may be a dick, but aside from Kyrie ,Parker and CP3 I wouldn't take a single pg in the league over him
And no I didn't forget Deron, Derrick or Russell. All around I'd take Rondo over all 3. Granted his shooting is worse, but his shot selection, defense, passinand court vision is superior to all 3 and makes up for it IMO. -

25-30 games max I'd bet. once your knees go...its a wraprobj55;1467600 wrote:Seems like it could come down to deciding between the Cavs and Heat for Oden. -

I can't see anyone controlling Rondo the way he is now. I can see those guys taking him more seriously than some young guy on a staff in the NBA no one knows. They'll test him like a substitute teacher.....Stevens will be ready for it, respond as needed and then they'll get to work. -

He could be all those things without being a dick head. -

Yeah I wouldn't expect much but who knows? He hasn't played in 3 years so maybe this last surgery helped him get right. It's a worthy gamble for what you are going to pay him, which isn't going to be more than a few million for a year or two. If he does stay healthy somehow you hit the jackpot. Bynum on the other hand is a huge gamble for the type of money he is going to require.Hb31187;1467662 wrote:25-30 games max I'd bet. once your knees go...its a wrap -

Yeah he's really immature, when he got suspended last year and said he didn't learn anything from it in an interview, huge reg flag right there and character reveal.Midstate01;1467653 wrote:Hes an ****, a bad teammate, doesnt accept coaching well, gets in arguments with his coach all the time. Welp apparently that fell through. He is working on finalizing a deal with Milwaukee. -
Hb31187lol Milwaukee? I assume Ellis is on his way out for certain. not enough basketballs in the league for Mayo Jennings and Ellis haha

Yeah two huge ifs, if he's healthy and if he can still produce like he did in the super limited time that we did see him play....then it'd be a homerun in terms of productivity to payment ratiorobj55;1467676 wrote:Yeah I wouldn't expect much but who knows? wildcats20Tyreke Evans will be a Pelican.
-
Azubuike24Anthony Davis, #1 overall
Robin Lopez, #15 overall (if he returns)
Tyreke Evans, #4 overall
Jrue Holiday, #17 overall
Ryan Anderson, #21 overall
Eric Gordon, #7 overall
Austin Rivers, #10 overall
Greivis Vasquez, #28 overall
Collecting a lot of former 1st round picks. -
Hb31187Rivers is gonna get buried, rightfully so
-
Azubuike24The signing of Evans and the heavy price for Holiday shows exactly what they think of both Rivers and Eric Gordon. I'm kinda wondering what they do with Vasquez. Evans, Holiday, Vasquez, Rivers. Only so many minutes to distribute the ball, and who else to distribute it to?

Sacramento not matching? Or was he unrestricted?wildcats20;1467710 wrote:Tyreke Evans will be a Pelican. -

I don't like the Jrue Holiday and Evans match, both need the ball quite a bit. Jrue is a decent spot up shooter but better off the dribble creating.Azubuike24;1467723 wrote:The signing of Evans and the heavy price for Holiday shows exactly what they think of both Rivers and Eric Gordon. Miami would be the best bet, play him 20-25 minutes a night, don't play him on back to backs. Fills their only weakness if it works out.Hb31187;1467709 wrote:Yeah two huge ifs, if he's healthy and if he can still produce like he did in the super limited time that we did see him play....then it'd be a homerun in terms of productivity to payment ratio -
Azubuike24I agree. It's baffling they traded what they did for Jrue, then signed Tyreke. Especially given they have a solid, solid PG, a top 5 SG (if healthy) and just drafted a combo guard in RD1.
They will get burned if that pick ends up 6th or 7th or something. Philly, IMO, is sitting very pretty (I'm also sold on Noel, I know others aren't). -

No doubt, maybe Mayo wanted to be a starter. Heard Jennings will likely resign and that means Ellis will go.Hb31187;1467708 wrote:lol Milwaukee? I assume Ellis is on his way out for certain. not enough basketballs in the league for Mayo Jennings and Ellis haha -

ET had a good year last year but needs to make a big jump this next year or that will likely be his last in Philly.Azubuike24;1467727 wrote:I agree. They kinda already have that role filled though in Birdman..7 footer who plays good D, rebounds, blocks shots, finishes at the rim, doesn't need the ball and brings energyrobj55;1467726 wrote:Miami would be the best bet, play him 20-25 minutes a night, don't play him on back to backs.
