Who, that's available, has more consistent success than Lovie?
Does Lovie even want to coach? I mean I would take him, but I have heard no news/rumors about him getting an interviews. I would think he would get any interview he would like.

Missing the playoffs 5 times in 6 years isn't consistent success.

Some of the media in Cleveland still think they are going to sneak in and nab Saben....I don't see it.

unlikely, but still worth a shot IMO if he wins the title

I don't doubt that the browns have their "feelers" out to saben....I just think he is going to want total control and a crazy contract

I'll give you that. But being in the playoff hunt nearly every year is consistent.

    Tom Withers @twithersAP

Expecting another loop de loop or big drop in this #Browns coaching search. Stay buckled up and keep your arms tight and inside vehicle.

It's probably that we're interviewing Nevada's QB coach or some stupid shit like that

Rumor around here is that Reno Saccoccia is on their radar and the other rumor is that he has strong off the field ties to Big Ben, so it may be a package deal.

I won't believe anything until I hear from Bill Cowher's house.

if the browns can step in and convince tom gamble to not be the jets gm, i'd be down for him as the gm and greg roman as the head coach

Same, or at least LBJ's house in New York City or the waiter at Michael Jordan's favorite restaurant in Chicago.

well if that's the case, give it to him. i'd prefer saban to have all the football control if it means banner isn't involved with it

And then they lure Jim Brown out of retirement, hire Jerry Sandusky as defensive coordinator, draft Case McCoy and sign Mark Sanchez to be the backup backup QB.
