Also lol at the last paragraph. Sorry you can't afford craft beer, it is an expensive hobby. -

THIS!!!! No way You trade GordonSportsAndLady;1505986 wrote:Gordon's going to be an elite WR in the nfl. You don't just trade those away.
Seriously what is with browns fans and wanting to trade for draft picks? We finally have a #1 receiver and you want to trade him...for a draft pick, to draft a #1 receiver??? -

like_thatSorry SL, but there aren't many guys I wouldn't trade for 2 first round picks.

Depending on the team, I'd trade him for one 1st rounder. It would have to be a potential higher first rounder though. I'm not doing it with someone like New England.like_that;1506290 wrote:Sorry SL, but there aren't many guys I wouldn't trade for 2 first round picks.
I doubt we have anything to worry about though in that most teams who covet him wouldn't be offering a 1st anyhow. More likely a 3rd, 2nd at best. -

That's fine, I understand that. I don't know why CoA is saying "oh don't disagree w/ S&L god forbid!!"like_that;1506290 wrote:Sorry SL, but there aren't many guys I wouldn't trade for 2 first round picks.
A true #1 receiver does so many good things for the offense. We don't score 14 points against Minnesota without Gordon. He's sure handed, big, fast, and spreads the field for the rest of the receivers/backs.
If we trade him, we are just gambling on another WR in the draft. All for an extra pick? Just not worth it to me. -

Oh fuck off Yahoo. Or maybe he was targeted that many times because he's their best WR and that's what you do with your best WR?We'll believe the Browns aren't trying to trade Gordon when the October trade deadline passes and he isn't on another team. Targeted a whopping 19 times in his first game off suspension, there's every reason to believe Gordon is being showcased. -
BR1986FBBanner is going to want to put his stamp on this team. I know that Gordon is the best offensive weapon but if they cut ties with Richardson, no reason to believe Gordon may not be next. I just don't think they'll get enough value. Friggin' Lombardi better not do his buddy Belichick a "solid" and give up Gordon for chump change. New England usually wins in those type of trades.

Think he did that w/ the Trent tradeBR1986FB;1506326 wrote:Banner is going to want to put his stamp on this team. -

I think they are far from done. New regime's going to want their guys. Gordon could be perceived as a "problem" so they could move him. Wouldn't surprise me in the least.SportsAndLady;1506330 wrote:Think he did that w/ the Trent trade -
