Steelers controlled that game from start to finish via the passing game

I grew up around Pittsburgh for the majority of my life. I could give a shit about Boston/NE. Bunch of J-crew khaki wearing nerds.
Probably because there are a lot of douche bag bandwagon (with the exception of heretic and crosby show) Steelers fans on this site. I am sure that is part of the reason. Each fan has their douche bag characteristic too:

    -Non: complete delusional dumbass.

-Auto: Smug POS who knows nothing about football.

-Thavoice: Dumber than NON, and it's a headache to read his posting style. (He has done better with eliminating the .... ... ... though)

-QQ_Wok: Primary example of one being able to dish it, but not being able to take it. Also has a team in about 10 different states.

-Rock: He is gone but he was the biggest cry baby I have ever seen.

-Capone: Also gone, but self explanatory.

-LJ: Also a smugg POS/know it all. Probably didn't play any sports considering the fact he used the "flat flooted" excuse as to why he doesn't excercise as much.

Also he already stated he hates how Pittsburgh claims they are the city of champions, because i'm sure he believes that title should go to Boston.

I like making fun of Bostonians, but lol at auto making fun of them when he is the most smugg person on this site.

Good to see you're still keeping tabs. lol....get a fucking life.

Also, do you even know wtf "smug" even means? I doubt it.

    How are the Browns doing?

    Last place again.

    QB is terrible.

    like_that to the rescue. LOL

Also, I have to laugh that you're using what I said before about you against me (can dish it but can't take it). Clever. Bwhahaha.

And since when does Pennsylvania, New York and Indiana = 10 states? LOL. Pure rubbish on your part.

    nah, week is good

Steelers are usually good because they're tough and resilient and play with energy.

Last week's game was encouraging because of the attention to detail and good assignment football, on both sides.

That said, it could be tough for them to perform like that in back-to-back big games.

I was just happy that the defense came to play. Too many times I've seen Brady sit back and pick us apart, it was nice to dish it out for once.

Even though the Steelers controlled the ball a lot and kept Brady off the field, I think they had a better gameplan defensively, anyway. Particularly playing man coverage. There wasn't a lot of open space this time for the receivers and tight ends to pick up extra yards.

Yeah, it was nice to FINALLY see Pittsburgh adjust to New England's offense, since they'd come up with a great plan to overcome their usual defense. Going from zone to man was good, not just for that game, but just in general. Shows teams that they're willing to adjust on the fly if they need to instead of stubbornly going with the tried-n-true, even when it's not working.
