Should be, but it seems like the steelers are playing better and bmore is struggling lately. -

By far the two best teams in AFC North. It will be a slobberknocker. Both teams will bring it.wes_mantooth;951390 wrote:Should be, but it seems like the steelers are playing better and bmore is struggling lately. -

Probably, but I am starting to buy into cincy's defense. More than likely they will fall off, but I didn't think they would win 5 games all year -

True. It may be a 3 team race in the division.wes_mantooth;951401 wrote:Probably, but I am starting to buy into cincy's defense. More than likely they will fall off, but I didn't think they would win 5 games all year -
GoPensBest record in the AFC. Who would have thought after a couple of games in? Big one next week. Gotta get back at the Ratbirds.

Pittsburgh is the best team in the AFC North, but the Ravens aren't much better than Cincy, if at all IMO. -
NonExcellent win. Great atmosphere at Heinz Field, too.
Only problem is the Steelers have to come back and play just as well next week. -
Hb31187LOL @ one of the Steelers players (im not sure who) while being interviewed saying that you gotta put Ike Taylor up there with the likes of Revis

That's right. Good reminder.killer_ewok;951792 wrote:So what's raw dawg's new avatar and sig, non?
I was pretty drained after getting back from the game and I'm going to work now...I'll pick one by this evening -
Raw Dawgin' itNot often the Patriots offense lets them down. Even though NE didn't make the steelers punt i think keeping them to 25 gave them a really good shot to win and Brady just couldn't capitalize. They lost a lot of time with the botched Gronkowski TD call at the end. Also, if they could move the ball that well in their final drive I don't get why they couldn't do that all game.

True. This was a big play for time. Patriots did have the option to challenge this with three timeouts. Belichick didn't want to risk losing one but if it was an obvious TD he wouldn't have lost one.Raw Dawgin' it;951809 wrote:They lost a lot of time with the botched Gronkowski TD call at the end. -

His feet were in the endzone, the have enough people on the coaching staff watching replays to relay that to him. Then on the ensuing play they run the play clock down to under 5 seconds. Just terrible clock management when you need as much time as you can.Non;951811 wrote:True. This was a big play for time. Patriots did have the option to challenge this with three timeouts. Well, he would still need the ball to break the end zone. If his feet were in the end zone and the ball was out then he's not in. That's kind of what I thought it looked like but my seat was all the way on the other end and I never got a second look at it so the ball may have been over, too.Raw Dawgin' it;951814 wrote:His feet were in the endzone, the have enough people on the coaching staff watching replays to relay that to him. What about what guys tip toe in the endzone and catch the ball while it's out of bounds? that counts, no reason this one wouldn't have. Not saying they would have won if they called it good (the missed FG didn't help either) but we may have been able to kick off and try for a stop rather than botch an onside kickNon;951821 wrote:Well, he would still need the ball to break the end zone. Yeah, I was pretty pissed when Suisham missed a FG too. -

It doesn't really make sense but I'm pretty sure it's different. When Santonio Holmes caught the TD against Baltimore a few years ago, his feet were in but they had to see if the ball broke the end zone which it did...barely. Gronkowski's catch looked about the same. They would've had to review to see if part of the ball was over, not only the feet.Raw Dawgin' it;951833 wrote:What about what guys tip toe in the endzone and catch the ball while it's out of bounds? that counts, no reason this one wouldn't have. HereticGood win. I'm finally recovered enough from the weekend to feel like typing words and stuff, so yeah...good win. I knew I liked hearing virtually everyone talking about how Brady owns the Steelers all last week for some reason!
Now they need to take care of business at home against Baltimore and get revenge for the week one thumping. Winning that game puts them in a good situation in the division and conference. -
