I hope Skeletor is right. I think that Miller be a factor in the passing game as well. -

Great minds, you and Skip....yep sounds about right. -

Has there ever been a kickoff that Steeler fans aren't nervous? -

Esp nervous with Cribbs on the receiving end. -
justincredibleI predict the Steelers kick off 4 times.

Clevelands draft thread must be getting boring. -

You think they'll get 9 pts huh? Or are you counting Safeties as kickoffs as well? -

Eyes still adjusting to being out of the basement huh? -
killer_ewokMan, I'm so excited for the AFC Championship game. The fact that it's being played in Pittsburgh makes it even better.

Ironman92Kickoffs are always a worry unless we are up 28+ points with less than a qtr remaining......which is not often.
Steelers fans are just used to holding their breath every kickoff and praying for a stop before teh 40 yard line.....then on our own returns praying for something past the 25.
THAT was the biggest difference in the 1st matchup....field position....it was insanely favored to the Jets -

I think they score 13 or 17. -
Ironman92....and then begin the 2nd qtr

Got the stats right here from the last Steeler-Clowns game. Cribbs had 3 kick returns and 1 punt return for a total of 34 yards. To use your own words lolfail pwned -

Yeah, Weatherford was on the money that day. It seemed like every drive started inside our own 5 yard line. -

How many points did they score in the first matchup? -
Commander of AwesomeWith the steelers oline, I would be worried about a safety.

He was incredible that game and pretty fucking awesome the rest of the regular season. He has been less than steller in the playoffs so far. I am hoping he figured it out this week and gets back to form. If not that would be a huge blow to the Jets. -

Couldn't agree more. This shit never gets old. -

The o-line, while not great, hasn't been that bad this season considering all of the injuries. 12-4 and in the AFC Title game. They can't be that bad. -
killer_ewokSteelers vs. Jets in the AFC Championship game. Not really worried about Cleveland or Cribbs this week.

I think the interior has been great, anchored incredibly by the rookie center. Its the tackles that I see as the issue, which with the edge rushers of the Jets could be an issue. -

Smith on the other hand...that bastard hurt them in the regular season. That's one thing that CAN'T happen Sunday. -

It's hard to imagine him recreating that performance. He could still have a great day but that was bananas the last time they played. -

Exactly.
