Windy has tweeted that Toronto is undecided on a full blown rebuild or trying to bring in vets to contribute immediately. I think this is the option for people to contribute immediately. A rebuild would probably mean they want to dump Hedo and to do so that deal with Jamison would need to happen to match contracts -
