  Whats your point? You're still stating your opinion on the outcome. The prosecutor could have gotten an indictment if he wanted to. There's no debating that. That's how the process works. In a trial everything would have changed with cross examinations and public witnesses and the public hearing everything. Added with a special prosecutor who actually is interested in trying the case.
  
  I sat on grand jury and told you how it works. Sorry if you don't like it. Maybe if you sit on one you'll see it's the prosecutors decision. Or if a detective or police chief has some pull they'll have you "listen to more evidence" if you return a no bill that they don't agree with.

  All these side issues mean nothing.....If you want to stop cop violence( especially cop violence on black people), the message that needs to get out and needs to be put out by leadership is....DON'T break the law, and when a cop gives you an order...COMPLY. NOBODY is putting that out there...The message that that is being parrotted is to encourage even MORE DISRESPECT.
  Cops put their life on the line for the community every day...don't make their life more difficult by putting them in a position where they feel they have to use weapons.

  And that's the problem. Everyone feels they should have to do whatever the cops want so you don't get killed. There's no excuse for that. They're here to serve us, not be big brother. We're finally seeing some protesting and hopefully reform will come. For years we've been able to keep the poor silent. Now with social media they can't shut them up anymore. Much like you see in other countries going thru revolutions. This is a good thing.

  The way the police serve me and all of us is by enforcing the law. If their instructions are to assist them in doing their job, people better do it.

  And if blacks aren't okay with laws, they should be allowed to break them until change is enacted. If too many black people get arrested and charged with a crime, we need to find some white people and get them in jail too so that there is equality in the legal system.
