    They'll show violent acts but yet they apologize if they air any curse words. It makes zero sense. Lets show parents crying because their children have been murdered but oh no we accidently aired the word fuck, immediately send out an apology. Just like all the discussion of "the N word." How is saying N word any different than saying the actually word? It still puts the actual word in peoples minds. Just my opinion.

    The first judge had to go because he was found to be biased for what he said. Nelson was even worse. Did you watch the trial? Did you follow the rulings she made way before the trial even started?

    Once again you are trying to attack my post with things that aren't what I was talking about.

    Edit: Sorry, I thought you were first talking about the Judge Recksiedler, not Lester.

    And as far of the rest of it, I was speaking towards comment that were made earlier in this thread that demonstrated people lack of knowledge about the admissibility of evidence. Someone earlier even said that (and I'm paraphrasing) "there is no difference" even when I had previously explained the difference.

    Yup, they're morons. But there's also morons on the other side. The great thing about the human race is there is never a shortage of morons. But thankfully there are people who are rational and actually approach things intelligently with an open mind, however, they are often not the same people who are out there trying to be seen and heard.

    Haven't followed the case much and not an expert in Florida criminal law by any stretch of the imagination - but this wasn't even close IMO. The prosecution's arguments that I saw invited reasonable doubt, as opposed to trying to convict beyond a reasonable doubt. I almost felt bad for the prosecutors. And the judge....well...

    Haha well I guess if it's on the internet it has to be true. From what I've seen this is actually the most recent picture of him. Coroner's report said 5'11'' 158#.

    That was my why I posted that, to see if anyone fell for it and ranted on it. CCrunner did, but not until you were on it! A girl was passing this around at work this morning. It also reported him as 6'2" and 175.
