I like Bushmills. It's a pretty good Irish whiskey.
  • ernest_t_bass
Just picked up some JW Red.
  • ernest_t_bass
Johnny Walker Red. Like it better than the Bushmills.

My liquor goal in life is to fork over the $$$ for JW Blue.

Worth it. And I say that even being a single-malt guy.

Agreed. My brother sprung for a bottle and it was surprisingly good...I'm by no means a JW fan in general.

Is there a world market down there? I saw them there a week or so ago.

Went to a buddy's last night, he had the JW Double Black. Oh, it was nice, very smooth, nice clean finish. Still had that JW taste, but a little more flavor.

I am drinking some down home moonshine and its doing just fine.

Jack Daniels just release their unaged rye (moonshine, white lightning). I'm not a huge fan of JD, but I will try it because I do like good white lightning.

Since they legalized white liquor, with certain restrictions, I figured some of these big names would release some of there pre aged stuff

Since this thread has went to White Liquor as of late. Has anyone ever tried Green Liquor as in Absinthe, the Green Fairy. I'm having some now.

Now that I mentioned Fairy, let the comments about me begin. That was a big softball coming right at ya to hit. :D

Anyone have a good site for single malts?

I want to get a Laphroig 10 year Auchentosan 3 wood or something peaty.
  • O-Trap
Cutting carbs out of my diet for the time being. Thank goodness Scotch is carb-free!

You can have my Scotch too. I did have a Woodford Reserve tonight with my cigar. I know some may think it's cheap well maybe it is, but that's about the only bourbon I drink. Beer Dude here.
