I plan on doing doughnuts on the scUM golf course (that's where the morons park cars for tailgates).

This can be avoided if John Cooper is not permitted within 50 miles of Michigan Stadium on Saturday. That guy brought the worst mojo this series had ever seen. Barring his presence on the field in any capacity, I think the Buckeyes win going away.

There is a football team in Meechigun I'm concerned about but they don't wear ridiculous helmets. After this one weve gota fight on our hands.

Yeah they do it every year.

OSU officials announced yesterday that only people wearing university-issued “Beat Michigan” wristbands will be allowed into Mirror Lake Hollow on Tuesday night, when jumpers plan to take over the lake. You have to have a valid BuckID to get a wristband, and you have to pick up your wristband at the Ohio Union before it closes on Tuesday. The area around Mirror Lake already is surrounded by temporary fencing.
That means alumni and OSU fans won’t be allowed in.

What's the point of that? Keep the crowd low? Less chaos?

Retarded. Top ten night of my life jumping into Mirror Lake freshman year and you didn't need a stupid wrist band.

You would think it being due to the game being moved to the holiday weekend the crowds would be smaller anyway.

Agree with both of you. I have no idea what the real reason is, and if there was a serious problem with the way it's been, you would think we would've heard about it.

An interesting tidbit about the -12 spread is that OSU has not beaten UM by more that 11 points at the Big House since 1969. I fully expect that streak to end this year.

We started it in 1977 with about a dozen drunks leaving the Sugar Shack the Thurs before The Game. Believe it or don't, could care less.

I never understood jumping into that shitty Lake, but I have no problems with people doing it. Wrist band stuff is stupid. If anything, they're just opening themselves up to liability by acknowledging it happening.

I went to it twice during my tOSU tenure and both times I remember the cops and everyone in general being surprisingly laid back and just enjoying themselves. Not sure what sparked the need for crowd control

Let's give the guy a break. He was undoubtedly drunk on both those nights.

Tiernan was getting drunk and jumping in lakes back when it was simple trespassing and drunk/disorderly conduct. Not a campus tradition.
