I'm glad we have a backup as capable as Kenny G....BACKUP.

Were comparing a Playstation 2 to a Playstation 3 here, both are fun, but in the end you're not playing the PS2 when the PS3 is sitting there.

And before anyone says it, I'm not saying Guiton should play over Braxton if Braxton is ready to go.
Well we know you don't think highly of Brax (see my sig)

If anything, the fact that there is even a discussion of Guiton/Miller only strengthens my argument.

    What's argument?

That the world is full of idiot fans who feel that a highly-regarded (elite level-regarded, in fact) offensive player should lose his job due to injury because his back-up kicked major ass against a couple of the nation's worst defenses, I guess.

no, the argument is a dead horse in which lhslep and I have each made our points. Im not going to get back into it.

I lol'd at this argument. KG is a solid backup but he's no Braxton. Miller will likely lead his team to a National Championship, win a Heisman, and be drafted in the NFL. KG will sell cars and/or coach somewhere after college.

    End of discussion.

even if someone takes a flyer on Braxton, I dont see much of a future in the NFL for him.

I'd much rather have him than Geno Smith and Geno got drafted in the first round.

But what the hell do I know? I thought T. Smith would be a Superbowl champion QB at the next level and all he did was go out on Sunday and win games.
  • Automatik
I don't really see Miller having a future in the NFL either, but you never know.

You prolly said this about Pryor too, amirite?
  • Automatik
I'll weigh in, I was iffy on Pryor at the next level due to him coming off as a complete dumbass. He's surprised me actually. He's got the physical tools and he's come around from his "punt pass" delivery he had while at OSU.

I'm not sure Braxton can physically handle the NFL. He's listed at 6'3, 220....weighs more than I thought. He's actually bigger than Bridgewater.

I like the helmet just not the black facemask.

I agree with you on Pryor, as I was skeptical as hell because of his poor throwing mechanics. However, I can say I'm more optimistic of Miller's chances in the NFL than I was of TP's at this juncture. I guess time will tell.

LOL, no, not even close. Most people on here know my opinion of Pryor. Always been on his bandwagon

Not saying I don't believe you, but I sure would like to see some of your posts regarding his NFL prospectus during his junior year...just sayin'
