Buckeye Father Responds To SI

It will be interesting to see if that all proves to be true. If it does, then Pryor will have been vilified unmercifully by several media about driving different cars when there is a perfectly logical -- and legal -- explanation.

Won't it be interesting if it turns out Pryor wasn't the villain in all of this?

I guess not every teenager has your morals.

You must also realize I am not saying he is guilty at all, but rather than it is possible. That is all.

He's an adult, I would hope he would have that much respect for his father. I see your skepticism is on a personal level. Carry on.

    Of course it isn't.

So are they adults or kids? I think I've seen many a Buckeye argument about them being kids.

Hey dad go blow $$$ and commit perjury for me please.

It's not, I just don't understand where the skepticism this deep comes from on a matter that could not only financially ruin a family but make them look like fools publicly.

I wouldn't do that to my dad. But the one thing I have learned from this situation is that even the people that appear to be completely moral and ethical and that "do things the right way" are capable of lying to protect themselves and their best interest.

So you don't think it's even remotely possible that a college age kids tries to cover this up if it can be done? If so, you are very, very naive.

They are adults who have unrealistic ideas of grandeur

Stop with you logic. It doesn't work with LJ.

I don't have the level of skepticism that you show, not nearly.

This is true, BUT, the time, money and effort being put into this it's time to error on the side of the Klein family.

Legally, they're adults. Does that mean that one should expect their decision-making to be on the same level as someone in their later 20s, 30s, 40s, etc? Not unless you want to be disappointed. Mine wasn't. Yours likely wasn't.

So did you error on the side of Tressel because of time, money and effort by OSU?
  • Writerbuckeye
Since John Simon's father has also come out and said the article is completely false, perhaps those players named by SI should pool their resources and sue as a group.

    When he admitted to it?

All of which is meaningless if you write stories that have no proof and use sources that have criminal records and aren't considered credible.

You realize Tressel retired after he and Ohio State got wind of this article?? It was passed along to them before it was published and was to be published the day after Memorial Day... Hence why Tressel retired Memorial Day before it came out. Actions speak volumes

    A second-tier university.

And also, feel free to pool your resources. A suit based on this article will be dismissed persuant to Rule 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.

I've attended two better schools, so by your logic, me > you. Which happens to be true, but not for that reason alone.
