Mahoning Valley teams in 09-10

cmhs_prideQuaker Oats....an absolutely gorgeous facility. I was very impressed as was the rest of the House of Speed team. We trained 77 kids on the indoor turf for two hours as our grand opening was Sunday. Enjoyed every second of the experience. I hope we bring a quality training program to the people of Salem and Columbiana county.
Question....does Hank Brock still attend the tourney games at Salem? I want to talk to him Wednesday night at our game. I believe we play at 8pm. -

Hank should be there. I saw him at the early game tonight but not sure if he stayed for all 3 games.cmhs_pride wrote: Question....does Hank Brock still attend the tourney games at Salem? I want to talk to him Wednesday night at our game. I believe we play at 8pm. -

cmhs_prideCampbell rolls over CCC. Playing East Palestine in the semi's. The devils are now 16-3......AAC has them at 11-1, and 10-0 in their tier. Next stop...a district title...AGAIN. One step at a time.

Yes sir. The next step is on Tuesday vs. E.P.cmhs_pride wrote: Campbell rolls over CCC. Playing East Palestine in the semi's. The devils are now 16-3......AAC has them at 11-1, and 10-0 in their tier. Next stop...a district title...AGAIN. One step at a time. -
cmhs_prideBig Dean......anybody saying anything on the jjhuddle forum about the game from E.P. I know those guys cannot stand when they are not given credit for their great accomplishments. I am sure bulldogs 74 is ranting and raving like a child over there.
Tell those guys to come over here and join. I miss their stupid comments. -
cmhs_prideOn another note, the girls lost the district championship to Ursuline yesterday. Kept it close throughout, only down by 2 going into the 4th. Missed free throws hurt them. Nonetheless, congratulations to Campbell on having a great season ladies. First in a long time...besides the successful start they had last year.
I would post it on ladies forum.....but NOBODY reads it. -

Actually this site is much better because it's not polluted by the insane rantings (EP is the most awesomest of all time and the greatest team to ever take the court/field in the history of sport and the rest of you all suck) of Bulldogs74cmhs_pride wrote: Big Dean......anybody saying anything on the jjhuddle forum about the game from E.P. ZombienationEp lost to brookfield? So, lol nOOOOO

BigDean1East Palestine has had a good season. But I feel the Bulldogs will have to play their best game to stay in the game with Campbell Memorial.
-
sonnyblackIt's going to be "same ol, same ol" for EP. Good regular season, 15,16,17 wins, then one win in the tourney, then bounced. They don't have the type of athletes to keep up with Campbell. There's no way they can simulate Campbell's quickness/speed in practice, look for Campbell to win by double digits.

cmhs_prideGod you know they are not on this site.....there would have been a war on here, lol!!!!

soupcity99I also wanted to congratulate the lady red devils for a great season. I was reading the online write up from the vindicator and it seemed like they ran out of gas in the end against Ursuline. Interesting that between these two schools both coaches said it was a very physical game with 3 players leaving the game because of injuries. Ursuline coach Sean Durkin said it was the most physical girls basketball game he had ever been apart of.
Hopefully the lady red devils can build upon this great year of 18-4 and propel it into some winning seasons down the road.
I think the red devils will be to much for EP if they come out with the same intensity and execution. Hoping to see you guys friday!!!!! -

cmhs_prideHow about the Cards knocking off Struthers. A minor upset......wouldn't say that. Both teams having very good years and for that matter have handed Campbell 2 or their 3 losses. The other was Cincinnati Princeton.
So I believe we have another Poland vs. Mooney matchup for a title. This time in basketball!!! I give the Dogs the upper hand, but hey.....any given night. Good Luck to both teams. -
cmhs_prideOn a side note.....just something I found interesting. When I left the "other" site....they had 23,000 members. They now have 150,000 plus four months later. Really????? So you make it a pay site and 100,000 more people join in 4 months time?? Talk about somebody being full of you know what.

I find this hard to believe as well. I occassionally go on and check the forum pages to see how many posts are in each thread, wondering if they are really getting as much business. I hate to say it, but that must be the quietest 150,000 people in the world because the number of posts are down big time since I was a member. However, Yappi Sports is up to 90,000+ members and their threads are booming with posts. Hopefully this site will continue to gain steam as time goes on!cmhs_pride wrote: On a side note.....just something I found interesting. When I left the "other" site....they had 23,000 members. soupcity99They dont I actually joined up and thier and thier is alot less activity. It's pretty boring!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want a good laugh go over to Yappi and listen to some of the canton posters talking about how Campbell doesnt have many skill players this year. lol
