"Who To Start" questions

se-alumForte out isn't "official", but he hasn't been practicing and they signed another RB this week. I would be pretty shocked if he actually played and was successful.

JesterI've been dwelling over this one for a while now, and just can't seem to make up my mind, so asking for some other opinions.
Definitely want the win this week to go to 3-0 on the year so far. I've had Brees as my starting QB the last two weeks, and while he hasn't put up outstanding numbers, he's been pretty solid. Now here is where it gets difficult. I've got RG3 as my other QB and he's put up some great numbers.
So, who would you go with? Brees against the Chiefs, or RG3 against the Bengals? -

Bengals pass D just gave up 322 to Brandon effing Weeden, but the Chiefs have been awful. Both are good options, but id probably go with RG3. -

I'd actually go with RG3 on this one. Both opponents' defenses have given up over 70 points in two games, so you've got bad defenses, but the Chiefs at least played the Falcons for one of those games. Also, Brees is rarely going to be a threat to punch it in from close yardage. RG3, on the other hand, is a pretty likely candidate for it.Jester;1275943 wrote:I've been dwelling over this one for a while now, and just can't seem to make up my mind, so asking for some other opinions.

The potential for rushing TDs do it for me. If it were me, I'd start RG3. -

I might go RGIII here. Bengals defense is atrocious.Jester;1275943 wrote:I've been dwelling over this one for a while now, and just can't seem to make up my mind, so asking for some other opinions.

Raw Dawgin' itHonestly - pick on for ROS and trade the other.

Good call, but trade to a bad team. You don't want to bolster a team that could compete with you.Raw Dawgin' it;1276016 wrote:Honestly - pick on for ROS and trade the other. -

Disagree. Bush cleaned up last year when McFadden was out!O-Trap;1275835 wrote:Bush flamed out after taking over last week. He's good in the short order, but over a whole game, he seems to diminish. -

Meant this past week. He didn't look in shape. Started off hot, which enabled the game he did have, but late, he didn't look like he was hitting holes well.Laley23;1276092 wrote:Disagree. Bush cleaned up last year when McFadden was out! -
Raw Dawgin' itMichael Bush or Jamaal Charles? I'm leaning Charles.
-
O-TrapBush. Charles needs to prove he can do something this year, and Draughn and Hillis are getting a lot of touches right now.

Bush. Charles might be 3rd on the "touches" pecking order this week, despite his starting status.Raw Dawgin' it;1276170 wrote:Michael Bush or Jamaal Charles? I'm leaning Charles. -
se-alumJonathan Stewart is OUT tonite. Just a heads up.

It appears Steve Smith will play as he was upgraded from questionable to probable yesterday. -

I would go with Brees but I think both will have huge games.Jester;1275943 wrote:I've been dwelling over this one for a while now, and just can't seem to make up my mind, so asking for some other opinions.

I'd go with Bush. Charles just doesn't seem to have it right now.Raw Dawgin' it;1276170 wrote:Michael Bush or Jamaal Charles? I'm leaning Charles. -
Pick6Glad I picked up Andre Brown and decided to start him this week. 25 points.

se-alumWho had Ramses Barden in their starting lineup??
-
jmog
I doubt hardly anyone even had him on their team.se-alum;1276395 wrote:Who had Ramses Barden in their starting lineup?? -
Laley23Made a last second decision to insert Martellus Bennett for Tamme. Even if Tamme goes off, Im happy with the decision. I figured Bennett would get a few looks (and red zone chances) with the WRs out for Eli.

Yea, I was being sarcastic. He was wide open all night due to the attention they gave my guy Victor.jmog;1276399 wrote:I doubt hardly anyone even had him on their team. -
