He's already on the waiver wire in one of my leagues.

    Nate Washington. Tiffin Represent!

    I'd go AP and Morris.

    Thanks. I know.

I had the 10th pick of 12. Got Megatron at 10. Stafford in round 2 and then Fred Jackson round 3.

    O-Trap;1275019 wrote:AP and Alfred Morris.

Though keep in mind that the AP we're seeing isn't the same runner as he was in years past. Still, he's their go-to, so the touches will be there.

And Morris is turning out to be quite serviceable starting in fantasy leagues.

As for Andre, he wouldn't be a bad option, but I don't see him as quite as strong as the other two.

    Mine for this week:
    PPR:
FLEX: Nate Washington or Kevin Ogletree?
Ogletree. Tampa gave up 510 yards last week passing. Talib and Wright will be on Austin and Bryant Ogletree should get loose for a couple. I hate the Titans passing game right now.

With 4.24 choking, it's hard to like ANY part of the Titans offense right now.

To be fair, isn't CJ.5K averaging 1.2 yards after contact and 1.1 yards per rush (i.e., on an average rush he's getting hit in the backfield)? Sounds to me like the line sucks more than he does. Anyhow, it is hard to like any part of Tennessee right now and I'd just avoid the whole mess.

Actually, I have Jaquizz Rodgers. I might sit and wait to see what's going to happen with the little pear-shaped, alcoholic Mario Andretti. I honestly think Rodgers is better than Turner, anyway, but if not, I think you're right. I think Ogletree is the better option.

You don't know how happy this makes me! My opponent this week now has Forte and Nicks out, and his backup runningback was Fred Jackson...lol!

Same here. Kenny Britt's production better take a leap from last week for me because I sure in Hell aren't starting Titus Young.

    Frank Gore or Michael Bush?

Gore goes against a very good Minnesota run D. Bush will most likely be the starter this week with the Forte injury.

IMO, Gore - 2 games and both he has over 100 yards and a TD.

I agree with this. Although I think Bush will do well, if the Niners want to run the ball, they won't be stopped. They have too many packages (jumbo's, etc) to effectively stop their rushing attack. Their philosophy is kinda like "we're going to run the ball, regardless of your defense....try to stop it."

Yeah I know I got Titus Young late hoping he'd be a great sleeper(I got Burleson last year and he was awesome). Good thing Lafell has panned out for me so far lol.

    se-alum- I'd go with Gore.

He only had 89yds rushing last game, but did have a TD. I'm leaning toward Gore though.

You don't get receiving yards? He had two games with over 100 yards, regardless of how he got them.

Has this been confirmed somewhere? Yahoo News doesn't have it. Does Rotowire or some other source?

Gore. Bush flamed out after taking over last week. He's good in the short order, but over a whole game, he seems to diminish.

Gore is, however, a fantasy beast when he's healthy.

Who are you talking about? Forte or Nicks?
  • Iliketurtles
Yeah O-Trap whice player are you talking about I'm obviously going to guess Nicks but its been reported since yesterday afternoon that he will be out. Here is a link for you http://espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/story/_/id/8399880/new-york-giants-hakeem-nicks-vs-carolina-panthers
  • O-Trap
No, Forte actually. Yahoo has Nicks listed as out, but has nothing on Forte.

Not sure on Forte but I know I have both him AND Bradshaw as starting RB's (not now) on Yahoo and they are both projected to get "0.0" points.
  • Iliketurtles
Well I know they said Forte's injury isn't as bad as previously thought but I'm pretty sure he is going to miss this week and most likely next week...

This is all I could find about Forte guess there is still a chance he plays this week but I doubt it. http://espn.go.com/blog/chicago/bears/post/_/id/4678258/injury-update-forte-ankle-sidelined

From MyFantasyLeague: Rotoworld) Matt Forte (ankle) was held out of Bears practice Wednesday. Analysis: Forte supposedly doesn't have a high-ankle sprain, but his absence today obviously bodes poorly for his Week 3 status. We'll know more by the time Friday's injury report rolls around, but owners holding out hope of no missed time for their RB1 need to be ready to start someone else.
