Completely false and vastly misrepresenting what I said. For you're convenience I'll quote my post that you're referring to below, so you don't have to click back a page. Because, I'm just that damn nice.sleeper;1854379 wrote:Well for starters you take fringe ideology like antifa and apply it to the majority of liberals so you can pound your chest about how awful the party is. No surprise here, this is the Fox News playbook and has been for years so tell me more about your libertarian thinking.
But the real problem here is that the democrats have submitted to the squeakiest wheel to get the oil. They've welcomed the fringe, this is well documented by many newspapers such as WaPo, NYTimes, etc., to be sure. Because more groups equals more votes. Let's not pretend otherwise. It has worked for years, but just like any other gimmick, it soon loses its appeal.
Says the guy who got the election 100% wrong. Like most people on this forum did. And because you got it wrong, you changed your whole posting behavior to suit this new persona that you've created because it gives you some sort of satisfaction. Perhaps you think you're going to change somebody else's viewpoints by behaving in such a manner. Perhaps it allows you to raise your desk when you can't get a chick to bang. Perhaps it helps you blow off steam from the pressures of work. Perhaps you include yourself into that group of people who refer to themselves as weaponized autistics. It really doesn't matter at the end of the day because your schtick isn't really fooling anybody. In fact, most here find enjoyment in the back and forth. And we realize that sooner or later you will flip again and find some other behavior to manifest.sleeper;1854438 wrote:I'll take this as a compliment even though these are none of my intentions. My intentions are to engage in reasonable and informed debate with the people of my home state. The problem is, none of you have shown any interest or intellectual capability to participate, so I drop to the LCD and shoot the fish in the barrel.
I enjoy it more than I should.
Meanwhile, we will all look forward to reading your posts where you portray yourself as the smartest guy in the room, the only one grounded in reality, the only one who can come up with their own points of view without being brainwashed (this is probably the one of your funnier points) the only one that understands the economy, healthcare, education and politics in general.
But really, the whole trans-political sleeper is just the brightest and most clever way to snapshot your way into the trans world without the guilt. You needn't have worried, though, we'll still laugh.
As promised, my full quote:
But, I think a good many of them DO know it. They just don't care because it suits their various agendas. Whether Marxism, anarchism or communisim, they align themselves with anybody who also has self-fulfilled grievances so that they can band together and "get things done" By Any Means Necessary.
They are also changing the very definitions of words to suit their purposes. Not to mention the fact that they are propagandizing the meaning of the 1st amendment to label anything that they don't like as hate speech and saying that it is illegal. Then they use this fabrication to push violence at peaceable assemblies.
This is what the democrats are ultimately condensing themselves to. History will not be kind to the democrats of this period.
But I do agree that things can definitely get worse... -

gosh a ruddies, I am sure a complete hypocrite like yourself would have no problem with a student walking out a speech by Obama, that Kenyan Muslim. I wouldn't, because that is the graduating students day, not the President of the University, not Mike Pence. They have earned that day and then say have it marred by their University inviting a person they find morally reprehensible to lecture them on that day. They have a complete, justifiable right to walk out of that ceremony.QuakerOats;1854335 wrote:You cannot please everyone. By the time one graduates from college they should have matured to a level where respect for others is commonplace, regardless if you happen to disagree with them politically, and you will act accordingly. If, after the ceremony, you wish to express your viewpoints regarding the remarks made by the speaker, then write a letter to the student newspaper etc... Doing otherwise merely points to the fact that those who walk out are little more than spoiled, immature, brainwashed brats. -

gosh a ruddies, when are you going to start poking holes in his logic?like_that;1854441 wrote:Neither. If you want to dedicate all this time to being an insecure caricature, more power to you. It just brings the lulz to poke holes in all of your flawed logic, by using your own logic/words. -

If Mike Pence is morally reprehensible, then it is you that have failed to learn a damn thing after four years of college. He is among the finest, morally grounded, human beings on the planet. -
Dr Winston O'Boogie
On the whole planet, eh? That's frickin' remarkable. Some fine dude in India or a flock of fine people in Argentina will find it disheartening that they can't reach the top ranks because the VP of the US has eclipsed their fineness and morally groundedness. How do you know there's not a pack of morally grounded fine people in Greenland that take up all of the top spots, making Pence an second tier fine, morally ground person?QuakerOats;1854852 wrote:If Mike Pence is morally reprehensible, then it is you that have failed to learn a damn thing after four years of college. QuakerOatsMaybe you should read what I wrote one more time, with special concentration on "among the finest ....."

I want to think you're trolling, but I know you're not. Of course you're against gays...par for the course. -
Dr Winston O'Boogie
I read what you wrote. "Among the finest" suggests he's in the Top Gun of "finest, morally groundednest". You know, the elite - best of the best. There are limited seats at that table. Since Pence - according to you - gets one for sure, well them some other person (call him the Cougar of the finest, mourally groundednest) will have to miss out. However, from your perch in Ohio, you're able to make that evaluation of Pence compared to humanity, well then I guess the decision's been made. He's one of the finest, morally grounded human beings on the planet. I just hope you don't miss out on an elite Autralian Aboriginee or a Swill Alp dweller that is perhaps finer.QuakerOats;1854855 wrote:Maybe you should read what I wrote one more time, with special concentration on "among the finest ....." -

gosh a ruddies why does it surprise no one that you would consider a bigoted wannabe theocrat as "morally grounded". But he did not even have the courage of his convictions as he backed off his anti-gay law when he got pressure. His interview back then with George Stephanoulis showed he lacked every characteristic of a profile in courage.QuakerOats;1854852 wrote:If Mike Pence is morally reprehensible, then it is you that have failed to learn a damn thing after four years of college. The funny thing is that many on the left believe this...but yet they want to impeach Trump...isadore;1854963 wrote:gosh a ruddies why does it surprise no one that you would consider a bigoted wannabe theocrat as "morally grounded". I truly believe some of the younger generation some how thinks Hillary will become President if Trump is impeached, or we would have another vote. -

Current line of Succession...
Donald Trump (POTUS, R)
Mike Pence (VP, R)
Paul Ryan (Speaker of House, R)
Orrin Hatch (president pro tempore of Senate, R)
Rex Tillerson (Sec of State, R, appointed by Trump)
Steve Mnuchin (Sec of Treas, R, appointed by Trump)
James Mattis (Sec of Def, I, appointed by Trump)
Jeff Sessions (Att Gen, R, appointed by Trump)
They could go down a few more levels than that and get their favorite Sec of Edu B. DeVos.... -

Attack the source if you must, but "cultural appropriation" is the one of the dumbest fucking things regressives have come up with so far. For those that don't want to read, 2 white girls opened up a burrito shop and had to close after liberal newspapers said they were marginalizing Mexicans or something and their business slowed.

-This is an assumption, but considering this happened in Portland, it's a safe bet these girls considered themselves "progressives." So, based on this logic the offended are now offending each other.

-The same people who cry about the evil rich and their big businesses are the same people going out of their way to harm a small business.

I think jmog hit the nail on the head. They see it like a recall. Its the ignorance of Constitutional law or outright disdain of it. Try explaining the intent of the 3/5 compromise to one of these folks and expect to be called a racist bigot.gut;1854966 wrote:Ha! I hadn't thought of that.
