Disgusted with Trump administration - Part I

He did not say anything about Russian aggression, which is the number 1 threat to many NATO countries, especially the eastern ones. He also failed to do the simple thing, talk about how Article V is important, an attack on one is an attack on all. Now a days for the eastern European countries, the reassurance that the U.S. is there to invoke Article V if needed is crucial.
Sure, we are still pledging funds to our eastern partners through the ERI, but come on Trump at least acknowledge them and the threat from Russia.
    He did none of that.
    Spot on analysis.

    Absolute embarrassment.

Right, the reason the appeal was heard here is because they thought it was the liberal 9th district was being partisan. Now the narrative has changed.

Keep defending the unconstitutional EO though!

Obama did take them seriously. He supported NATO and sanctioned Russia for their invasion of Crimea. Trump is now talking about removing those sanctions.

But yes, continue to blame Obama. This is a classic propaganda strategy; Hitler blamed the Jews and Republicans blame Obama/liberals.

It was heard here because the appeal came from the Maryland District Court, which is in the 4th circuit's jurisdiction, dumbass.

Í don't recall defending anything. I'm just adding to the ever-growing list of shit that you're wrong about.

Doesn't matter. Two different courts, one being more conservative, have shut down this EO as unconstitutional. That is the reality and anyone who supports this bill at this time is supporting unconstitutional orders. Reality.

It doesn't speak any words. Just shows your inability to respond when reality doesn't line up with your fantasy land.

I mean Trump's lawyers CHOSE the 4th district court on purpose to get away from those damn liberals being partisan hacks.

They still rejected the ban as unconstitutional. The GOP, actively against the constitution; you can't make this stuff up!
  • superman
Can't wait to see Slerper's head explode when SCOTUS upholds the "ban," with Gorsuch providing the deciding vote.

SCOTUS probably won't hear it mostly because it's time sensitive(ie, the new vetting procedures should already be in place, but Trump has nothing) and because the federal appeals courts are not split on a decision. They both affirmed the ban is unconstitutional.

Keep defending the unconstitutional order though!

True. Instead of doing common sense, he and other liberals do BIG government.

Looking forward to the eventual separation of the republic, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Take it however you like. You've already proven you don't know shit about how the judiciary operates. For the second time...The Maryland District Court is under the 4th's jurisdiction...appeals go there automatically.

    "Chose the 4th Circuit." LMAO

Your dumbassery merely adds #lulz to your already lame shtick.

    About the Court

The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit is one of twelve regional appellate courts within the federal judicial system. The court hears appeals from the nine federal district courts in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina and from federal administrative agencies.
    You're literally a retard.

Well back to reality, Trump's lawyer has been subpoenaed and the WH communications director has resigned after 3-months.

The Russia investigation continues to ramp up despite the GOP's attempts at Obstruction of Justice. This is an awful lot of time to waste for someone who just started their job a bit early.

Trump is literally sabotaging Obamacare so that the prices go up. GOP continues to support party over country.

Wilson would have filed an 8.8 percent rate hike if he knew those funds would be paid. But he bumped it up to a 22.9 percent increase because he doesn’t think the Trump administration will come through. “The information we’ve seen coming from the administration actually creates more uncertainty rather than creating greater certainty,” he says. “The last thing I saw was the president has said he intends to make available the CSR money through May 2017. That is good news. We’re grateful for that assurance. What is not said is what about June through December. There’s a big void.”

    Back to reality.
