Tawana Brawley redux ........................ the more things change, the more they stay the same.

Falsely reporting a hate crime should warrant a lot more than a slap on the wrist.

I've always thought an actual provably false (not exaggerated) claim of a crime should carry the same penalty as the crime itself.

Tell me more about how the Earth is only 6,000 years old.
The difference between a democracy and a republic is NOT semantics. They are definitely different government types.

Literally difference between the two is the same as the difference between popular vote and EC if one has an imagination.

I cant help it that you feel so salty knowing I am right but not wanting to admit it so you would rather try to insult my intelligence with something I haven't come out and said at all.

I'll say this...with all this Russia crap and talk of electoral college revolt...worth taking a step back and thinking about how truly insane this election was from start to finish.

Even up to the convention I never really believed the GOP would let Trump get the nod. Then I thought he would never win at the end of the day. Never would think the electoral college would turn against the apparent president elect but shit nothing would surprise me at this point.

There's a handful of electors, led by Nancy Pelosi's daughter, demanding intel briefings before they finish their job.

    Interesting.

In 6 days Trump will be formally elected POTUS...by a not insignificant margin.

In 38 days he'll put his hand on the bible.

No amount of foot-stomping or breath-holding is going to change that.

There should be a full investigation of the Russia thing immediately after the full investigation of the media leaking debate questions.

I would still love for us to get to the bottom of the Clinton Foundation ---- what a cesspool of corruption.

Apparently the ODNI isn't "playing ball" with the #scaryrussians shtick just yet.

    Interesting.

I hope this would result in revolt.

I'm to the same place. Regardless of what happens, I think I'll probably just shrug my shoulders at the results, at least after everything else that has happened.

Wisconsin recount: Trump won by a 'biglier' margin than first time around.

    :)

Precincts have more votes then people. They forgot to mention they also don't ID anyone and people probably votes 3 or 4 times across the city.

The Russians made them do it

Not sure why there would be a revolt given reverance many GOP voters have for the Founders and the Constitution which would allow for it.

(Ain't gonna happen but interesting to think about)

Crazy IMHO to think about how radically different the country will be governed because a population of less than the capacity of Ohio Stadium going for Trump in 3 states.

Add in all these other wild x-factors e.g. overturn of the Voting Rights Act, Hillary emails, Hacking, Russian interference, Comey interference, Hillary epic failure...

    It is wild IMHO.

Eliminate 1 state, California, from the election, and the other 49 states voted 'bigly' for Trump. Thank God California and urban areas are not able to control the entire electoral process and subvert the will of the states.
