I notice that virtually all of your posts involve pointing out what you hate and name calling but little constructive. You've been taught well by the conservative talking heads. You decry people calling others names, but you do it every time. If I ended my posts with "conservative -- code word for fascist", you'd be pissy over that.

Not always, but sure, in your world.

What exactly are "progressives" progressing to? The word is a euphemism because you want people to think your different from other socialists. In truth you are, because regular socialists aren't necessarily elitists who use political correctness to destroy and denigrate independent thought....it's just not good for the collective.

Oh wait, that's starting to sound like communism.

Didn't watch the debate last night, but I heard Hillary was flustered.

Also, I gave the DNC a lot of shit, but it is only fair I give the GOP shit for the same thing. A fucking debate on Saturday? Why even bother having a debate? Fucking pathetic.

Not really many options before New Hampshire...can't have it on super bowl Sunday. Dems had Thursday, so it had to be Friday or Saturday.

I posted a mile long explanation of how to get the federal budget under control last week .....there were a couple of favorable responses; nothing from you.

Hillary is terrible on stage. She relies a lot on cliche stuff about "I'm a woman, women like me!" to get rid any difficult questions.

It's too bad the Republican front runners are absolute clowns. This should be an easy zombie victory for the GOP but we have Trump and Cruz leading the pack.

I think, in the wake of all her scandals and lying and general dishonesty/untrustworthiness....the feigned indignation she uses to dodge tough questions aren't going to work. Obama did same thing in a few debates with Romney. The moderators really have to be in the bag to allow such a horrible duck-and-dodge.

"How dare you ask me that"....well, how dare you for doing it, and "how dare you" is not a response.

I think Rubio is going to take it, and I think he will destroy her in a debate.

Even though trump is a clown I also think he would destroy Hillary in a debate. The dude is like Charles Barkley, he can say whatever and not pay for it.

I think I posted in the Hillary thread, but if not there is a video compilation of her laughing off questions since 2007.

Except when Hillary gets backed into a corner she'll act all offended and play the victim of a insensitve, misogynistic attack.

HC is getting destroyed by Cruz or Rubio in a debate. Hell Chris CHristie would run her off the stage

Just sitting here this AM reading stuff and watching TV....and I can't help but wonder what planet some of these guys running for president are on. This week, Rick Santorum, Rand Paul, Mike Huckabee, and Martin O'Malley dropped out of the race, which, in my opinion, probably makes them more qualified to be president than some of the guys still in the race in that at least these guys have a grip on reality. After months of campaigning, getting blown out in Iowa, and still polling in the very low single digits, what makes these guys think they have a chance? What are they adding to presidential campaign? What on earth do they think is going to happen, what on earth do they think they can say, that will propel them to even approximate the support of the candidate on the edge of contention, Ben Carson? They've had months to get their message out, and they have no traction.

While I don't particularly have anything against Jeb and Christie, these guys in particular are annoying. They are not even in first among the governors...not close to Kasich in New Hampshire, who in turn is barely in double digits(maybe). Yet they run attack ads without really gaining any support for themselves...... At what point does it become counter-productive for the party, and their own political future to continue on?
C'mon Jeb...give your donors their money back so they can spend it on defeating the real enemy. The people have spoken already...they don't want another Bush in the White House....and they don't want you.

Going full Quaker lately. Canada is not a communist country. Hong Kong is not a communist country. These countries have guaranteed paid leave and universal healthcare, etc. If you disagree with these things that's fine but you're not going to win hearts and minds by going "Communist!!"

You claim you want a unified country but you denigrate people who don't share your opinions.

They are trying to take out your boy Rubio because he is inexperienced like Obama. If he can't handle it how is he going to beat Hillary and the liberal media? Not enough adderall, beta blockers and canned stump speeches in Rubio's man purse to beat that if he doesn't step his game up. Gonna have to earn it.

I love when CCRunner makes predictions because it is usually a good guide that the opposite will occur.

Ironically I think Hillary's cackle is somehow more effective than Obama's sneer.

I think everyone is being overconfident in this respect. As I think I saw Frank Luntz is tweet...Hillary is probably at the top of her game when it comes to debates. I think it is outside of debates where she could stumble.

Everybody thought there was no way Obama wouldn't get trounced too. And, tbh, he kind of did in the second debate and it almost cost him and yet he still got 300 electoral votes with 8% U3 unemployment...

Agreed. Joe has the "scoff" down to an art form.

He is definitely in the cross hairs he's been pretty good at parrying the attacks so far. So you think there motivation is to bring Rubio down to promote who?... Themselves?.... If Rubio was destroyed, people would flock to Bush or Christie?
Nah, I don't think so, Boat. Basically they don't have a message that is resonating with the voters.... And Rubio's experience has nothing to do with it.

Yet you denigrate Hits because he has concerns about the kind of "Socialism" Bernie really espouses. Comrade Bernie has a history on this matter and its nothing near the mix of various social programs adopted by Canada. He was a big fan of Eugene Debs. Comrade Bernie in a documentary of Debs spoke as the voice of Debs. Hearing in his distinct Brooklyn accent mouth the words of something out of Das Kapital or the Communist Manifesto is troubling (clips would make some nice political commercials). I know they are not his words but I think we all know why he did it. I have read news articles which state that a portrait of Debs hangs on the wall in his senate office. Could be total BS I don't know never been to his office.

Perhaps Comrade Bernie has evolved from the days of his radical leftist past? Is he just being pragmatic with what is politically feasible? Does he still hold to the tenets of Socialism espoused by Eugene Debs? If not what changed his mind? These are questions I think should be asked.
