It sounds as if Senator Paul will be rolling out another replacement for consideration this week too.

I don't nor have I ever stated it was.

You, however, have called it a joke. It may very well be. I simply asked how you know that when it hasn't been released from committee yet.
Because Republicans aren't going to propose single payer so therefore whatever it is, it will be a joke.

Thanks for clarifying your opinion. I understand it better now. Do you look at The Affordable Care Act as a joke because it wasn't single payer?

I have a very different desire regarding a quasi-public agency organized plan.

No I did not. It was a step in the right direction for a better, less racist America.

Yes, racism has sure been on the decline with obamaKare and obama himself as Potus.

The only way for racism to decline is for it to be exposed. Obama has exposed the racist America we live in and that's why Trump was elected. The racists won and that's a sad day for America if you aren't white and male.

No, I think Trump got elected in part because white people who aren't racist, don't have white privilege, etc....got tired of being accused of being racist everywhere they turned their head.

Obama was supposed to be the great unifier. Truth is this country is more divided than ever in no small part because of his Administration. Under Obama, the Dem party really ramped up their game of identity politics and victimization, and the country was sick enough of that fucking bullshit to elect Trump.

Trump got elected because he bullshitted swing states to flip in his favor. He trolled the entire country on his way to victory and we ate it up. End of story.

This and the Ds were horribly equipped to handle him with an uncharismatic candidate who really couldn't handle his trolling. With how thin-skinned and bitchy Trump is (today's order of business: cry on Twitter because people made fun of him on an awards show -- HOW PRESIDENTIAL!!!), all they would have had to do was take jabs at his competence, intellect, etc. and watch him melt down and call her a fucking c*nt on live TV or something like that. But instead, they went for "professional with a heaping side order of blandness" and that was that.

Oh, white people without white privilege? Laughable. Maybe in China they don't but in this country, with its history of slavery and Jim Crow laws, white people are certainly privileged.

Hopefully one day you will be redeemed.

Right because electing Trump will help the nation unify.

obama has ran us straight into the ground; I believe people will continue to rally around Trump as he turns the ship around. Repealing disastrous legislation and regulations will be an enormous positive, and that is step 1.

Problem is Trump seems even more like a talker than a do-er....and even more "you're with me or you're uncompromising"....even more than a certain other POTUS.

He seems to need to surround himself with "yes" men. That may work if you know your business inside and out and just need people to execute your vision, but nobody has that kind of experience and wisdom for POTUS.

Trump didn't get elected because of racism or because of Putin....he got elected because the electorate is generally stupid and lazy, and because Hillary was such a deplorably crooked candidate.

The economically depressed and decrepit areas of Ohio are in for a rude awakening when Trump fails to MAGA that area. Like I said several times before....DUPED.

    Best economy since Bush.

Your narrative doesn't jive with reality.

Yeah, go tell some poor schlub born to uneducated meth addicts about white privilege. Tell that to more qualified whites getting denied promotions and entrance to schools because they don't check enough diversity boxes.

"White privilege" is actually wealth privilege weaponized by race baiters and identity polls. The truth is widespread, harmful "racism" is a lot harder to find, which is why we get barraged by grayish concepts like white privilege, institutional racism, trigger words, etc...

I mean, I never hear anyone talk about yellow privilege. Asians do better across the board, but because they didn't own slaves here the identity pols can't blame their success on racism.

remember you have to pass it to know what is in it.

Yup, pretty much par for the course for 95% of our politicians who get elected.

Based off sleepers posting history, he is 100% trolling with the white privilege.

Jesus he isn't even in office yet. Lets let history write itself afterward.

Trump absolutely won because of racism.

The black racists that turned out in droves to vote for Obama in Philly, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Cleveland didn't turn out to vote for a white woman.

Got it. We have very different reasons for considering the Govs role in healthcare.
