I still can't believe our government actually bailed out a private company. I could begrudgingly see the need to bail out the banks, but GM should be toast right now. Simply incredible.

The private sector has outsourced about 5 million jobs. And this is Obama's doing? Might want to check out Obama's legislation that provides tax incentives for the private sector in bringing the jobs back here. Of course, Mitt and his handlers will simply eliminate all social programs, reduce taxes to nearly zero for corporations, cut the top 1%'s tax rate eliminate many government agencies and put an end to Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid. There will be no need to keep labor statistics, because the labor force will all be overseas.
The only available jobs will be in the military. Given Mitt's hard-line rhetoric toward Iran and China, there should be a lot of turnover in those military jobs. With casualty rates at an all-time high, we will need a steady supply of warm bodies to keep the wars going. -

BoatShoesEven still if public sector jobs had grown at the rate they did for Reagan or Bush 43 after their recessions we'd have an unemployment rate approaching the level Obama's team projected in the stimulus. They failed to take into account that public sector jobs are only allowed to exist when republican presidents need them to pad their unemployment stats. Sad. It is a simple fix but the hate of Obama prevails.
