Disgusted With Obama Administration.

• tk421
This is completely bat shit insane. If Obama thinks that the American people are going to go for this idea, he has truly lost all sense of reality. We all can agree that immigration needs reformed, and quickly, but the ideas that the Obama administration are going to try to pass are way outside the realities of most Americans.

How can they possibly look Americans in the eyes, those who have lost their jobs and are struggling, and try to pass a bill like this crap? Amazing.

Given the difficulties of achieving a comprehensive bill, participants in the White House meeting said there was also discussion of attempting to pass smaller pieces of legislation — such as a bill focused on agricultural workers, or one that would help illegal immigrant youths attend college.

they already can attend college:

step 1-apply for citizenship and become a legal citizen.
step 2-apply and then attend college.

Obama is quite annoying...he really is. And a tip of the hat goes to the legislative branch that initiated this crap. This is a really bad bill. He will not be re-elected in 2 years. The Afghan war will still be in full throttle...and the Iraq war won't be any better either. The national debt just might exceed the GDP as well in 2 years.

I may not agree with his stimulus package..but I at least understand his reasoning behind it. Obviously, the country is in such bad shape that even Keynesian economics has been unable to kick start a girls scout camp fire. But the American people want to excel in there own country...not the illegals.

This is bad business, bad politics, and really bad for America.

Latino leaders say they will work in coming months to pressure Republicans to give way and support an immigration bill — and make opponents pay at the ballot box if they don't.

Excuse me??!!

Obviously these Jumpin' Jackasses haven't stuck their feet in the water lately. Now is NOT a good time to try and bully the American people will bullshit legislation.

Obama has to work as fast as he can to do as much as he can for these illegal immigrants. The other name for these illegal immigrants should be "future democrats".

Let's see...

We've got cap & trade and the immigration bill yet to go.

He's going to have to be very busy bullying Congress (especially Blue Dog Democrats) to get all this passed before November's elections. Because after that, there's no way in hell it's going to happen. The numbers simply won't be there.

They are planning on using the lame duck session of Congress after the election to pass contentious legislation apparently. That will enrage every district that throws a Democrat out of office only to see them turn around and vote to spite those constituents once their political career is over.

This lame duck session of Congress will be a very dangerous period for America.

I'm seriously starting to wonder whether Obama is just trying to enact as much left wing dogma as possible without any consisdeation of the fact he stands a chance to be re-elected in 2012 (or any other democrat for that matter). Perhaps the belief is that the horse will be out of the barn and it will be too difficult for the next administration to pull back the reigns before the damage is done.

I figured you'd be all for this. Anything that pushes the liberal agenda. He'll go down as one of the worst presidents in history.

He already is the worst president in history; the only question is how much more damage will he inflict before his socialist/marxist arse gets booted out.

What has he done that benefits ALL of the populus thus far?? What has he done to inspire Americans to be the best they can be?? Even the world stage is beginning to see Obama for the neophyte he is. They were against his spending at the G8 Summit, instead wanting to reduce debt first. He was going to close Gitmo ASAP, and now it looks like it will not be closed for a long time. The divide he is creating will never ever let he be known as an accomplished POTUS.

Did i say that everything he has done has beneifited everybody?? NO

But give me an example of a President who will have accomplished more than he has in 2 years in their 8 or 4 years

Unless he pulls off some miracles in the six months, what exactly will he have accomplished in his first 2 years?

Economy in the crapper...check.

Deficit out of control and going to get worse...check.

Passed legislation that most Americans despise and want repealed...check.

In the future, when people talk about really bad (and or arrogant) administrations, Obama's name will be the first name to top the list.

By the way, saw two more examples of this guy's incompetence just recently.

A Milwaukee company that needs a loan to save more than 300 jobs had the guarantees turned down (at the behest of the admnistration) because coal is going to be mined and burned. Those jobs are expected to go in India as a result -- but Obama has made his point that he doesn't like coal.

And because of his ban on deep oil drilling, companies are already shifting work that would have created thousands of jobs for Americans to the Coast of Africa.

But hey -- the coal and oil may end up being burned and drilled (and used), anyway, but us horrid Americans won't be doing it. We'll be sitting around unemployed, waiting on that next government check.

That has always been the governing philosophy for both parties essentially. Democrats try and pass popular entitlement programs to get more people on the government dole. Republicans jack up spending levels and cut taxes in order to bleed the government dry of revenue as the way of eventually eradicating the social programs they don't like.

We have been playing this game for 75 years now with each side thinking they just need one more term of those policies to finally achieve their policy objectives. It's all theater, and the American people get caught in the cross hairs of the high stakes game of poker.

Sorry to inform you, but being the Most Divisive President already belongs to two others.

About 300 of those jobs are at the Bucyrus plant in South Milwaukee, where the company has 1,410 employees and its headquarters. The remaining jobs are spread across 13 states, On Thursday, the Export-Import Bank denied financing for Reliance Power Ltd., an Indian power plant company, effectively wiping out about $600 million in coal mining equipment sales for Bucyrus, chief executive .”\

Since you have such great journalism done correctly, it would be nice to have a source for your information. There is a project that the Export-Import Bank voted 2 to 1 not to provide guarantees. The project is for equipment to be used for a project in India. The jobs maybe lost, but the jobs are not expected to go to India as a result, probably China or Russia. Luckily for me I don’t claim to be bound by journalistic ethics.like you and Fox News. But I do have a couple of sources.

That's a bit of a stretch, but irrelevant to the point regardless. Hitler was quite accomplished, too. Accomplishments are not always commendable.

Thanks, Is.

Didn't have the time to dig those out at the time.

Your snark aside, the information proving my point was accurate -- oh and by the way...I don't work in journalism, anymore. You can go ahead and thank God; I already have. :)

2.Financal Reform
3.Immigration Reform
