lowsingle174St Charles is a nice little preview to the city league tourney. There are quite a few city schools there if I'm not mistaken
-

double-leg-machinewhat school do you think is going to win the city tournament this year??
-
Westie101West, Centennial, and Marion Franklin all seem pretty even. The advantage for marion franklin is that their two big guns in messer and patrick are very unlikely to be beat.
-
Knight riderCentennial, and West look very good. Yet I would never leave Marion Franklin out.
-
double-leg-machineIsn't patrick from marion franklin going 170 at citys??
-
Westie101i would assume so.
-
lowsingle174There will be some weight shifting for the Red Devils. Changes will be taking place at 113, 126, 160, and 170. The next week will tell the story.

this sounds like something the Iron Sheik would say......"USA PHOOEY!!!!! IRAN #1!"Eric;1071065 wrote:I love the wrestling and i am watching since 2000 and it is one of my favorite game and i am much inspire from this game but i like to watch the WWE.
How did everybody make out with grades? To quote the sage like wisdom of lowsingle, at this point it's all about keeping the ship together and not letting it fall apart.
We lost our varsity 145 to parent's grounding him from wrestling for low grades, and possibly our 152 for same reasons. -

oldskoolnikeBrookhaven is looking pretty good from what I hear...could be another team in the running...
-
Westie101Brookhaven did look very good at St. Charles. Is the seeding meeting still on a thursday, I figured if it was a one day tournament that the meeting would be on a friday.

great95CITY WEEK!!!!!!!!!
FINAL PREDICTIONS? -
ksig489Not a city guy myself...but have seen West, Briggs, Marion Franklin, Brookhaven, South, and Mifflin this year and I have to say that this will be a very competitive event this year. Each of these teams have at least a couple kids who can make noise and I have heard Centennial is very good too. There are 4 or 5 teams that could win with a good weekend.
-
asianwestie1GO COWBOYS!
-
double-leg-machineshould be an interesting weekend. i know west, centennial, and marion franklin should be in the top three in the team scores. but any final predictions??
-
Westie101I wouldnt put west as top three, maybe top 5 based on numbers. they don't have qualified coaches.
