Thinking about this more, and if the Browns lost in the same fashion as the Saints or Chiefs, it would take me a very long time to recover.  I was in a legitimate funk for over a week when the Indians lost game 7 to the cubs.  A browns loss like the two we saw yesterday would probably put me in a funk for at least a month.   I wouldn't watch the SB. This is why I say I rather see my team get their asses stomped on as opposed to a gut punch loss.

I was talking to my friend at the bar last night after the Saints non-PI call. He goes “you know what the one shitty part about the Browns now being playoff caliber teams? We’re almost assuredly going to lose like the saints just did every year in the playoffs. And it’s going to rip our hearts out”

started thinking about it and god damnit he’s right. 0-16, 1-15, etc those years sucked, but at least we didn’t get left with that “week long funk” feeling you’re talking about. Now it’s coming

Yeah, I just had a few bucks on the Saints ML and -3 and was legit angry after the game. I would be livid and depressed as a Saints or Chiefs fan.

But, if you are a Saints fan, at least you have the city of New Orleans to drown your sorrows.. KC is just cold....

I parlayed Rams ML and chiefs -3. Fricken pissed the fuck off at Dee Ford right about now.

SMH, he is right too.  If we are losing in the AFC championship, please just make it an ass kicking for my health.

Btw, as for the bolded, this is the one benefit of the Cavs sucking ass again.  I don't have to deal with the stress of the playoffs.

Yeah, Chiefs fans have gone thru a lot of heartbreak.  I feel bad for them.

So we know that the NFL wants the pats in the SB....why the Rams?

Since the playoffs are rigged in some fashion....either by some NFL guy or Vegas....why did the refs throw it to the Rams?  TV money?  Easy Pats win?

NFL Live is currently debating if the Saints/Rams no call is the worst call/no call in NFL history.  Agree/Disagree?  I can't think of anything else that would top it, except tuck rule and I think it easily tops the tuck rule.

The refs were terrible in NFC Championship. I was rooting for the Saints but this worst non call ever.....watching it live it looked bang bang per our given camera angle. When it’s seemingly bang bang the refs almost always allow it. Replay showed it was a missed call. The ball isn’t coming directly to the receiver and that creates a bit more deception of how early the defender was. He was early and the call was missed at it was colossal.

Umm I watched in live play and I could tell it was obvious DPI. And I had money on Rams.

It did not look bang bang. And there were two guys right there live. It was an abomination.

The worst part of that video by Brady is that it comes across as the defending champs...but they lost last year. So fuck right off.

Watching it live I disagree. In the end it turned out a bad call. The original angle live I thought it was bang bang.

I thought it was weak Gronk was in AFC Champ shirt.  That’s weak for any tenured Pats player or fan of more than 2 years

Not sure what you saw that made it seem bang bang. It was a very clear blown call, even in live action.

Not sure either. Several of the live calls that went on to be replayed I saw those as they happened. I’m not defending those refs, like said there were two there to see it. Should’ve been called, I’m just saying I didn’t think it was criminal as I watched it live.

Well, no.  Slow down frame by frame of two guys colliding at 20mph about 1/4 of a second before the ball was there and it looks atrocious.  The call was clearly missed for someone at that level even at live speed.  They should be perfect on that.

They blew the call. Calls were missed all game long. Refs are never going to be perfect at any type of call.
