Not necessarily "retired."  Chairman just said that he would not allow anyone else to wear it while he was still chairman.  Pretty shitty move on his part, in my opinion.

Warriors trying to not get sued.

Brian Cardinal with a HOF Tweet about finally being recognized for his achievements in the Bay.

Some clown on ESPN is saying the Warriors won't make the playoffs.  As much as I would love for this to happen, this is quite the hot take.  ESPN should force their "experts" to gamble a certain % of their salary when they make ridiculous predictions.  There, I just fixed ESPN.

I told my buddy the same thing, actually. I think they are fighting for the 6-10 spot, as currently constructed. And I think Dlo is an awful fit and probably gets traded.

Teams for sure ahead of them, imo:

  1. Denver
  2. Utah
  3. Portland
  4. Houston

Teams probably better (Kawhi pushes Lakers to definitely):

  1. Los Angeles Lakers
  2. Oklahoma City
  3. San Antonio

Minnesota, Los Angles Clippers and Sacramento will be battling as well. And Dallas is my sleeper to make a huge jump and contend for a playoff berth this year. I wouldn’t be shocked at all if GSW are left out. I’ve never believed Curry could do it alone, and that’s pretty much what he will need to do this season.

I’ll preface this by saying I don’t know the ins and outs of ACL repairs...but is it weird that Klay just had his surgery today? 2 weeks after the injury.

I could be wrong, but I thought you need to wait for the swelling to go down to have the surgery.

That was my thought, but then I felt like I’ve heard of people having it done the next day. I guess it probably depends on the severity and any other damage too.

Had to wait for the part to come in from China I bet.

Always has been my understanding, too.  But the doctors they have at their disposal are a lot different than the average layperson, I guess.

Wild. Wonder who Lakers pursue. Saw they are getting Green, KCP, McGee. Do they go after Morris?

Lol Chris Broussard is a joke. I couldn't believe it when I woke up. Kawhi going to the Clippers didnt shock me but seeing them trade for PG did.

They added Quinn Cook, who is blah. I’m intrigued as well, because there isn’t much out there now.

They should just get all shooters. And try for a wing defender. I have no idea who is even available at this point.

They added Jared Dudley too. Which is a solid pickup. Avery Bradley and Iggy are the 2 names I keep hearing floating around.

Those would both be solid. I thought Memphis was looking to trade Iggy now, though.

I'm loving the look of the NBA right now.  Big three out, Duos back.

It’s the most wide open it’s been in a long time, that’s for sure.
