I'm totally blanking on a Dodger slugger that would have that many bombs.

About 150 HR short

He’s the only one I could think of on this question.

I’m confused, also.

edit: just looked at the all time homer list and was shocked that I didn’t know that Thome was ahead of Sosa.

This player spent time on the Dodgers during his career....his entire time as a a Dodger he had 564 career HR

I understand the question now. Never hit a HR as a Dodger. Thome? I recall you mentioning he didn't hit one for LA, I think.

564 career home runs full stop narrows this to like a dozen people.

I can't figure out who this might be.  Dodgers?

Yep, really tricky. Obviously hard to word. But clever.

I read that as he had that many while on Dodgers. And figured it was a typo cause nobody would be that high for LA lol.

Maybe I get some street cred for mentioning Thome?

Question #65:

There are three HOF players who started their careers after 1950 who were not primarily middle infielders or pitchers and finished their careers with fewer than 150 homers.

3 players

Hall of Fame

Careers started after 1950

Not pitchers or middle infielders

Fewer than 150 HRs

No.

Yes.

Lou Brock started in 1961.  Hit 149 HRs.  Played outfield.

Carew spent too much time at 2nd base.  I didn't consider him, since nearly half his career was there.

I guess he could be a fourth.
