Would love to see them sitting at .500 or better at the ASB.

Great win and loved watching Cubs fans leaving like the stadium was on fire after Senzel’s hit.

Huge SBs by Puig followed by oppohits by Ervin! Senzel was great, best I’ve seen Disco.....and Suarez hit a HR onto river boat!

So do I. I was a tad skeptical at first, but he’s been a great fit.

What are the odds the Reds extend him to a reasonable contract?

He was unreal tonight. And major props to Bell for not being a puss and yanking him in the 8th.

My buddy from school is today’s Toyota fan of the game..if the Toyota sign gets hit (about 430 foot shot near RCF stacks)...he wins a Toyota truck. Not long ago he lost his wife tragically to cancer at age of 46...leaving him and their 3 young boys. Root for some good luck

Homer Bailey pitching against the Tribe today for KC. He’s actually having a decent season.

Castillo pitched a hell of a game until the delay. Took the no hitter into the 7th.

Bell strikes again...Gray went 7 allowing 1 run and with a 1 run lead brings in David Hernandez who is just worn out and bad and he gave up 2 HR to lefties.....with lefty Peralta fresh and activated and also Michael Lorenzen

Including last night, the next 10 games are against the Cubs, Cards, and Brewers. They could easily be right in the thick of it come the end of the month.

To me, the amazing thing about Bell and Hernandez is that, for nearly every team at any time, if a reliever who has a history of being good has a stretch like Hernandez has had over the past few weeks, he's likely on the DL (actually injured or not) or at minimum, getting a few mop-up outings to work through his issues. Not for Bell, though; he's getting high-importance innings and failing and getting high-importance innings and failing and I know my Reds fan friend is wondering if Bell actually has any brain for reacting to events as they happen, or if he just has this "How Things Should Be Done" checklist that he follows adamantly regardless of what is actually happening.

Horrible extra innings loss. Scored 3 in the first and Senzel didn’t go on contact with two outs and Cubs played it perfectly to keep the 4th run in the first

Phillip Ervin is 17 for his last 29

Derek Dietrich is 17 for his last 94

Again, Ervin isn’t starting today
