It's really remarkable how people don't understand how the NFL works.  If you produce, you will have a job.  For coaches, producing = wins.  It really isn't that hard to comprehend. 

I wonder if these same people flipped out when Mularkey was fired last year after making the playoffs and winning a game.

Imagine the joy of waking up in the morning after getting black-out drunk with friends and immediately going to your phone thinking, "I'm pretty sure Indy and Tenn didn't tie, but I better make sure because I lost track of football after the dozenth shot or so!!!!"
