Yes but barely.
I guess I'm surprised. Nearly everyone I know who's seen it has liked it.

It was above average to good. Age of Ultron was average to below average in my opinion when it comes to Marvel movies.
Ant Man 2 - 6.4/10
Watching 3 Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri now. I'm going to say 8/10. Sam Rockwell and Frances McDormand are good in it.
3 Billboards was great.
The First Purge - 5/10. It was fine.

I would have gone with a 3/10. My problem with the purge series of movies was this...
The first one was great. And from there they have slowly gone to the “SJW propaganda machine” side of the world. It was slowly coming with the last couple, but the newest one went full SJW politicking.
I truly thought the first purge was an 8/10, very good dystopian society movie. They have just gone to terrible slowly since.
Ant-Man & The Wasp - 7/10
Not quite as good as the first one, but still liked it.
Sidebar: Anyone go to AMC Theatres regulary? If so, thoughts on that new A-List deal? We go to a lot of movies, and it looks better than most of the "all you can eat" apps/programs out there.

Yeah, I didn't hate AoU. Could stand to watch it again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so. James Spader helped, but it was still easily worse than virtually every other Marvel movie before Infinity War (which is where I am in the process ... haven't seen Infinity War or Ant-Man 2 yet).

Unsurprisingly, this does not bother me.

I was scrolling on Facebook and someone posted something that cracked me up about the series, saying we need a Purge movie that deals with the awkwardness of the next day, where you go to work and everyone's asking where a certain employee is and you have to bring up that you killed him.
Sorry to Bother You - 8/10. Loved it. Smart, hilarious.
Tag - 6/10 Had some funny parts and the fact that was based on a true story was cool.
Action Point - 2/10 - I saw no point to the movie. We ended up leaving early.
Rampage - obvious corny, fun movie not intended for anything more. But, too corny for me. 7/10.
Also, does everyone in every Dwayne Johnson movie have to remark about how muscular he is?
Equalizer 2-5/10 Worth seeing, but not as good as the first. I would have given the first one a 7 or 8 years ago, but this one was barely even marketed. I didn't know it was coming out until the day it opened.
I am a sucker for almost any Denzel Washington movie, he is a really good actor. This one had a good story line just was boring once or twice through the movie. Worth seeing, just wait for Netflix or Hulu.
I watched Equalizer this weekend in anticipation of watching the sequel later this week. 7/10. great action, but there was some weird plot choices that i feel like a directors cut (or something explaining more what happened in the mexican grocery store) could help sure up.
I also watched Jigsaw - i said before this is the type of movie that i know what i'm getting. the story isn't going to be world changing but i need to have good acting to enjoy the movie. this one missed on that - 2/10 some really poor acting here.

I agree with the original Equalizer being a 7/10. Like most sequels, Eq2 is not as good, but still worth seeing.
Watched Baby Driver last night. 9/10. Fun "style before substance" action film with a lot of cool moments caused by having the soundtrack and action working together. And how the movie was essentially a film version of Grand Theft Auto.
A couple nights ago, watched the original 1968 Night of the Living Dead again. It's a fucking classic. 10/10.
Watched Enemy last night on Netflix. It's a mindfuck, but I liked it. 6/10.
The Shallows 2/10 Other than watching Blake Lively in a bikini for 2 hours, it wasn't good...at all
I watched hotel transylvania 3 (5/10) and incredibles 2 (7/10) at a drive in last night. I didn't realize the sound was broadcast on an fm channel and we took my truck and sat in the bed. We couldn't hear very well and my kids and wife wouldn't sit still and people were running around annoying the crap out of me. I'm not sure I will go back.

How old are your kids? That sounds like a terrible time. We took our almost 4 year old daughter to see Incredibles 2 in theaters and it went surprisingly well. She was restless towards the end. But I couldn't imagine sitting through another movie after that - for her or myself.
There Will Be Blood. 10/10
Mission Impossible:Fallout 7/10. Good pure spy/action flick.

Probably in his contract that the writers have to include something about that. lol

That's disappointing. I mean, I'll still watch it. It is, as you said, Blake Lively in a bikini for two hours.
