Prescient

It is like the dog getting the car, if this opinion is in fact or close to the final one.

You got it. Now, what? Which way are you going to take it, like Texas, Mizzou, Ohio?

What if any limitations are allowed? Rape, incest, mothers health? What does mothers health mean?

Do you criminalize people now for even assisting or referring people?

It is easy to always oppose abortion, now what's next that you are likely to get it.

Will there be more assistance or PR to adoption agencies, and help support groups, or are those left for people to just figure out?

Weird how the left leaked the draft decision, something that has almost never happened before. This also doesn’t ban abortions, it leaves it up to the state.

Not clear who leaked it and not the first nor last time a document has been leaked.

Also, sure doesn't ban it, but more and more states, like Ohio will essential ban it with trigger laws.

Suddenly?  curious word to use.  Also do you think allowing women the right to choose makes you a lib tard?

Funny how the low information voter doesn’t really even know what overturning this law means.  Women can choose.  Choose to go to another state and do it.  It will be legal in almost half the United States.

Maybe. Over 35 states have restrictions in place that would go further if Roe is overturned.

Also, states like Missouri, Texas, and Oklahoma would punish people even if they go out of state, or if people assisted in going out of state.

Do people on here even know the bill that is up for debate here in Ohio?

Again, states are going more and more to banning out right and now comes all the specific questions the right has never really had to answer until now.

Assuming this holds of course.

And if it was a conservative clerk?

Way to dodge the rest of the issues.

how is it sudden tho?  Havent liberals always been pro choice?  And again I know plenty of conservatives who are pro choice so it doesnt necessarily make you a "libtard".  It's funny how you have to insult people who disagree with you while at the same time play victim when it happens to you.

Tell me how it works now? You support the bill being debated now in Ohio?

I didn't say anything about whether the leaker was a radical leftist or a conservative.  I said the leaker must be penalized to the highest extent.

But now that you brought it up, almost EVERY time there is a leak or an anymous source in D.C., it is a leftist doing the work of leftists.

I think you missed his point.  He is saying all of a sudden liberals are back to being able to easily define what a woman is, when that was extremely difficult for them just a week ago.

The entire Trump Presidency refutes your point.

They had staffers leaking all the time.

DC always leaks and always will.

That was my first thought. The night before the Ohio primary kicks it off this thing is leaked by either a liberal to rile up voters or conservatives to signal hey, we won let's go.

You mean deep-state (i.e. liberals) leaking all the time.  These are career DC bureaucrats and administrative state staffers; almost always doing the bidding of liberals (and other never-Trumpers).

Hell even CNN's public m_____bator had this to say:

“I can’t emphasize enough, as someone who has covered this court for 30 years, who’s written two books on the court – there has never been a leak anything like this,” he told network host Anderson Cooper. “There’s never been a leak of a vote, much less an actual opinion, much less in a case of this significance.”

Either way,  both sides of the isle are jumping head first into the shallow end to get the narrative on their side.

In reality,  it should have always been states rights.

Lol. Ok. So everyone in the Trump White House was a liberal. Got it.

Which begs the question now, do people on here support the Ohio ban that is being discussed.

Also, now that the right has likely won this, now what? The mechanics of how it will work will be just as messy.

The right wouldn’t leak this to Politico. Lol did the disinformation czar approve this? “Ban interracial marriage”. The reactions to this leak are hilarious.

I don't know man. Some on the right have been saying, no, don't worry, we won't overturn Roe v. Wade.....

Why should the state government be involved at all?
