How did the killer get to the kids? In the building? How’d he get in?
Walked right through an unlocked door apparently. Feels like everything failed in this instance. Bad guy got a gun, the fortification of the school didnt work because the damn doors weren't even locked, and the police response was useless.

Apparently not enough. Also point sailing over your head. My god, how fucking stupid and ignorant can you willfully be?!?
The flu kills more kids than mass shooters. Is it stupid to ask why you only lose your shit over guns killing kids, but not over other things that kill even more kids? If A>B, why is it a "stupid fucking comparison" to ask why you don't care about A?
Am I losing my shit? OP asked for ideas on the problem, I presented one that might have helped with this particular shooting while not interfering with anyone who otherwise legally owns all the guns and ammunition they want. You meanwhile posted 20+ times on the thread in one evening, initially started us off by complaining about Beto the other day, and had some absolutely ridiculously random post about CNN/bukkake/Nancy Pelosi.
Idk what you want to hear about the flu. A may be greater than B, but A has been researched for decades and deaths are very rare. B is problem we don't have an answer for or any way to prevent really, hence the discussion at hand. Did I miss where 19 healthy kids suddenly dropped dead from the flu the other day and no one has any answers or solutions how to inevitably stop it from happening again? I need to go to the store later, should I tell my family I love them before I go in case I get the flu and die while there?

I don't disagree something is different. I just don't see evidence that guns are the cause.
I'm pretty sure America has a much bigger issue with alcohol relative to Europe, as well. Obesity,,,,,We could go on and on, and I'm pretty sure the reason is cultural and not the food, beer or guns.
But what is it in our culture?

That’s a long list and gun ownership shouldn’t be in the top 10.
This post adds nothing to the discussion.

And yours does?
I was trying to get you to provide specific suggestions, which you did subsequently. So good job.
