  The county is around 60 percent Catholic but the southern part with cold water st Henry and Marion local it's closer to 65 plus.
  
  Marion local is the school district that kids from a few extremely small towns make up the school. The towns have a church, and maybe a bar, and that is it. Kids don't transfer into marion, or cw, or st henry. Too much local pride for kids to skip out to the next town to play football. Want to know who will be on their varsity squads...,go tk theor junior high gsmes. Those kids will be the ones, not transfers or recruits. And Lee wee football?   At least you admit that Marion Local is bringing in kids from a few different towns. Having all of those Catholic kids is a huge advantage. Catholic kids have outperformed other kids since 1972.

  Son, it's not the Catholic in the kid, it's the kid in the Catholic schools. The OHSAA doesn't allow Catholic kids to thrive, they allow the Catholic SCHOOLS to thrive.

  Can you show your work? Post something to back up those numbers, because I'm familiar with your posting history and ½ of it is horse crap and the other ½ is bull crap.

  If you break down the schools by religion, Catholics win more often. The MAC, Big Red, and many other schools that win regularly have a high percentage of Catholic players. I think we can agree that Catholics are better at football, so this just isn't fair.

  The Catholic numbers are pulled from any demographics site. Officially it is like 58%. That includes the Godless fucks in the city of Celina so the 65% in my estimation was a best guess but at the very least I am saying 60% as that is what the numbers are saying.
  
  To say Catholics are better at football by using the MAC model is always stating that Whitey is better at football than black folk as the county is 98% white.
  
  
  Marion Local is a district with Maria Stein (the biggest pop center but even at that most wouldn't consider it a town in terms of what most think of a town), Cassella, Chickasaw, St Rose, Carthagena I believe as well. Those towns are nothing more than a few houses and a church and back in the heyday a bar was also in each of those towns..some still that way. Wouldn't even consider them towns more than just a few cluster of houses out in the country.

  Overall, Ohio is about 17% Catholic. As you have described, the MAC schools are way above this. If you look at other schools with multiple tournament titles, they are either Catholic schools or public schools located in areas with a large Catholic population. With 45 years of data to support it, I think we can say that the Harbin points and tournament format favor Catholics. The AP poll method does not have this bias. Under the poll system, the best team won the title and wasn't influenced by the religious bias that exists today.
