  You are really far removed from reality! That might be your wife having those conversations with your kids but that's not the norm. You want to believe it is so you have a crutch as to why kids aren't coming out for Orrville football anymore! Believe your own fantasy but more is the same in that town than different! And more is the same in your surrounding communities whose enrollment is also down but participation in athletics is not. Any other lame excuses??

  Parents of your existing players and existing players themselves have turned their back on your program-trust me I hear from them!! How else would I know there were no films Saturday? Believe me or not but I am telling you the honest truth! It will get worse under Davault before it gets better.

  Exactly and one commented on my FB page the other nite! This is out of control!! More worried about what is said on here than doing things like watching film.

  If there is a coach not on the "upright" is that not the AD job to fix that? Series...I know if your son messed around at track practice and was not putting in the effort you would have talked to him and got him strait. It showed in his performance...I am sure you can find a rouge teacher with some bias but the picture RedRider1 presents is much more reality than not.
  
  RRN go and talk to the coaches. Ask them why things are as they are...my guess is if you are open to hearing it they will tell you. It is much different than what you think and there are orders from above that explain some of the things you don't understand. Is Haley a bad coach or just Davault in your eyes? The defense is giving up big numbers this year. It is not a reflection of the coach...the coaches are putting in the time.

  Remember...those of us that disagreed with the former basketball coach were told that if we didn't "take it to the top"...i.e. speak to the coach directly....that our concerns were not valid.

  Please provide some factual information. Every time you write on here, there is nothing tangible to go with your statements. That's reason number 1 no one on here or in town like you. Number 2 is that your annoying. All you do is talk out your rear end and have become the loudest village idiot. Please share with us this giant list of names on your petition. Share with us these people that have the way to fix all our problems as a football team. Share with us anything that resembles a valid argument with tangible evidence. Can you do any of that? Can your partners the Trolls do any of that as well? Outside of the three village idiots, I've not heard nor seen anything tangible to any of your claims.
  
  Others on here have been able to provide logical and tangible evidence to base their opinions on. I respect those even if I disagree. What I will not let go is the unfounded nonsense you and your partners come up with.

  2 games into our baseball season and alrady 2 parents are chirping in my ear the whole game. Funny how they dropped their kids off every practice we had and had no interaction with the team and now they want to be in the dugout telling me how to coach. It will be a long ass season with that nonsense.

  If you're incompetent at coaching little league, how do you have any credibility when calling for a replacement coach in a sport you have zero background in and at a level clearly above your ability? Hypocrite. That's all you are. Go away Dean Nelson Jr.

  I wasn't incompetent at coaching little league. The funniest thing about this is you spending all morning going through 4 years of my Facebook to come up with something that has nothing to do with your situation in Orrville. So that you know that story ends that the kid and his dad quit later that year and we won the championship! That's priceless!
