I know...you are coming over to marvel at our new schools, all the state championship banners, fortune 500's #1 Company, and the RTR!!!
...Oh by the way, I was in Apple Creek today and I must compliment you on your horse $$it filled roads, Amish cults cutting each others beards off, and that lovely brown/yellow stadium! SMH -
Red RumI've decided that since the WCAL is no longer an underdog league (Norwayne State Championship & domination of Orrville) I should probably switch my allegiance to a poor step sister school or conference.
The only way I can do it is to sell all my assets for my impending move to the once proud sports powerhouse and present football & basketball doormat----ORRVILLE!!!!
Here goes-
FOR SALE
(1) screen name "Red Rum" w/much coveted Nov 2009 join date. $3.50
(1) wife & couch combo ( they don't seem to separate) $1.00
couch--new, leather
wife--old, also leather
(1) 1977 Tear-Away Greg Pruitt Browns Jersey (torn) $5.00
(1) 4yr old 125LB German Shepard (bad attitude, hates humans, a natural born killer) Free, if you have big enough stones to put a leash on him
(1) size 4XL Team Miyagi shirt (it's actually two 2XLs sewn together) $3,125,000------------ I know it's a little pricey, but hey, Roy Bates signed it.
If, and only if, ALL these treasures sell. I will move to Orrville and troll that thread under my new name: Series62.5 -
BlackSmithRedRum,
Can you give me a twenty year loan @ 3.25% for the Miyagi T-Shirt? That would give me two after the one I found at Goodwill. Heck (even tho 4x is too big), I can put on my old East Oriental/Dragons Shoulder Pads and look pretty svelte. -
THE4RINGZAgain, anyone can wear a Team Miyagi shirt, but few can earn one.
-
Bloody ToothbrushBREAKING NEWS.........
MIYAGI HAS A BIONIC KNEE!!!
He is now able to mount tall bar stools in a single bound....
but the coolest thing is....his new knee makes that bionic, Steve Austin NU-NU-NU-NU-NU sound when he walks.
BTW.....he also has an institutional size bottle of Vicoden....so don't be surprised if he's MIA for awhile.
-
THE4RINGZSteve Austin is a true American hero.

I thought he was going Big Ten? haha jkbobcat14;1064986 wrote:Just heard that Adam Wallace is going to Ashland....do u think that is a good place for him or do you think he should have went somewhere else????....
I think Ashland is a great school for him to continue his football career. Hopefully he can continue his success at the next level. -
Old RiderIf that is true about Wallace to Ashland U....they are getting two good athletes in Wallace and Brenner from Orrville
-
JSLater0828and they have ryan moore and and McCune from Clear fork
-
scarface1Getting QB from ashland also so where is wallace going to play
-
Old Rider
He (Wallace) is a gamer and they will find a spot for him. I could see him playing on the defensive side of the ball...outside linebacker??scarface1;1066612 wrote:Getting QB from ashland also so where is wallace going to play
When Tommy Brenner graduated from Orrville he went to Ashland as a safety...but finished his career there as a LB. -
dontcareI heard Adam got a 5 year schollarship at AU. He will probably red-shirt his first year then play the next 4.
-
beverboy1i agree he will be def. side !
-
Red RumWallace will be a nice fit at Ashland. The Eagles like to take State Champion QBs and turn them into defenders. Eric Sweiterman of Norwalk St.Paul is an example.
Ashland U deserves kudos for recruiting local talent like Wallace & Brenner. It really needs to get more people to fill up that new stadium on Saturday afternoons that aren't alumni, students or parents.
A crowd with Orrville & Norwayne fans sitting on the same side of the field could really help the atmosphere in Ashland.
Asset Sale Update
Blacksmith- sorry, cash only
Beast- wife/couch combo sold. Bloodys problem now.
Bloody-sorry, all sales FINAL.
Miyagi Update
Still in Hospital, complications arose due to miscommunication.
Per Ms Miyagi: "The doctor said he was not allowed to eat the night prior to surgery, but drinking was allowed".
Apparently downing 18 Coronas six hours before surgery resulted in a whole host of problems including bleeding and peeing while on the op table. The docs are livid and everything is a big mess. I'm hearing that he may be allowed to play on his laptop Friday or Saturday. Send him a get well PM. -
BobcatWallace is playing QB. He doesnt want to play D. That's why he chose Ashland. The word is they gave him a 5 year full ride. That's rare. He is expected to redshirt. They are in love with this kid.
-
scarface1
the Qb from ashland was recruited for QB so sounds like there might be a little competition since they are in the same class and that kid is very good also.Bobcat;1067039 wrote:Wallace is playing QB. Mr MiyagiYes Miyagi is in the hospital and has a new hopefully bionic knee. Ms Miyagi is going to bring Miyagi home tomorrow. Thank you for all the well wishe that Miyagi didn't recieve....Some advice for people having surgery.......
1. When after the surgery the Dr. says "We are going to give you a nerve block for your knee into the groin area and it will feel like a bee sting" remember 2 things .....1 the bee must be the size of Red Rum's dog and 2 it is in the GROIN area
2. The next time you have a bowel movement, do so with your left leg sticking straight out into the air ( Miyagi cannot bend the knee) Miyagi hasnt had a movement in 4 days. Miyagi bets that when he finally does he will lose 4 lbs. He will have to have the OC's resident poop prophet Red Rum come over and read THAT future
3 They do not serve alcohol at the hospital.....and when they say you can drink liquids up to 4 hours before surgery apparently they do not mean alcohol......
On another note, tonight Miyagi was relaxing and Miyagi means like WOW relaxing in the hospital bed with his "TEAM MIYAGI" shirt on the nurse noticed it....she could believe it and said she couldnt wait to go home and tell her kids she was taking care of Miyagi.....apparently she is a Chippewa mother who just reads but doesnt post....she said this whole thread was entertaing and informative and we talked about everything from the Smithville situation to the Chipps future and the Bobcats state title.....Anyways she asked how she got a "TEAM MIYAGI shirt and Miyagi showed her 4Ringz post and told her "you have to earn it" she laughed and sayed she would be back at 1:00.......Miyagi is hoping sponge bath baby!!!!!
Red....it is just like you to have an auction wile Miyagi was down and out.....sorry to have missed it -
1_beastHope all is well Miyagi!
Details later on "The earning of the Shirt"
Perhaps BlackSmith can give 4 loopholez a spongebath....that actually may be unveiled when Red dum reads your poop prophecy.
Edit: Chippewa mom with kids...that knows about this thread...must be Mrs Hall. -
chippblueThis just in, Chippewa will retain Kevin Wolf as their head football coach apparently he has earned the right to lose 30 games in a row. Hey if your good at something why stop at just 20?
