  I doubt that "no alcohol" was involved...why would he run from the cops for bumping into a car if he had not been drinking.

  The way I read it was that the cops weren't there, hence being arrested "on suspicion" of four counts. Heck, I could imagine myself in college causing damage to someone's car on accident and leaving the scene simply because I didn't want to pay for it. It's a stupid thing to do, but college students aren't the most mature people in the world, on average.

  He had two girls on the scooter. He had much more important things to do besides talk to police! And we know without a doubt he was not thinking with the right head. Well maybe he was but .... you all know what I mean.
