    Bolyard @ Indiana
    Moore @ OSU
    Bradley @ Mich St
    Denson @ Tenn
    Leeder @ Ohio U

Haley @ Akron...but I don't think he overlapped with those above.

Mason's Letter of Intent has been received by Illinois. He's officially a Fighting Illini.

Neat stuff they do for signing day.

I listened to the interview and enjoyed it very much. A proud moment for Orrville for sure. During the interview they mentioned Orrville as LB'er high. That got me to thinking if there were other positions that stood out? What about QB? Orrville has produced DI or DII QB's in 4 consecutive decades! I wonder what other schools in Ohio have produced QB's that went on to play QB in college at the DI or II level in 4 consecutive decades?
The decade is when they played at Orrville
    ------------------------------------- Head Coach
    Brent Dewitz-Maryland 70's Mo
    Tom Bolyard-Indiana 80's Mo
    Jared Zwick- YSU 90's Mac
    Justin Zwick-Ohio State 90's Mac
Tim Hiller- Western Michigan 2000's Mac
    Did I miss anyone?

I listened to the Tay & Jay interview with Mason. Good stuff! He handled himself well and I wish the best for him.

Congrats to Mason and Stu. A question to all you Orrville fans...anyone else in the system that could be the next D1 recruit? Super early predictions?
  • riders1
Trevor Summers also a linebacker
  • Riderwannabe
if that coach stays. talked to davault and he said that haley might night come back.
  • Old Rider
Zook and Summers are the two that come to mind. The funny thing with the both of them is that Zook has the speed, but needs to get a little bigger and Summers has the size, but needs to get faster...however, they BOTH have the work ethic to improve in those areas...both will just be juniors next year.

Oh and I almost forgot...both are LB's for Coach Haley.

    haha - Thanks

Zook needs to stay healthy for a season. Don't think he's played an entire season since entering Jr High. Great athlete, but football has beat him up bad for 4 years.

It was mentioned in yesterday's DR about Orrville possibly exploring leaving the OCC....here's my thoughts and what I'm hearing regarding this.
