Moore @ OSU
Bradley @ Mich St
Denson @ Tenn
Leeder @ Ohio U
Haley @ Akron...but I don't think he overlapped with those above. -
RedRider1Mason's Letter of Intent has been received by Illinois. He's officially a Fighting Illini.
Neat stuff they do for signing day.

Congrats and best wishes to Mason, Stu, and Drew! -
5knotsHe will be on air today with the ESPN affiliate in Decatur, IL. The Aric Lee show is on 3-6 central time 4-7 here. Listen Live here:

they also archive the broadcasts along the right of that page to catch it later. If I know what time they will talk to Mason, I will post it on here. It was amazing how much the Tay and Jay show knew about Orrville Red Rider football.
Should be live today at 5:30 est. can also pull up the show at a later time. fyi -

I listened to the interview and enjoyed it very much. A proud moment for Orrville for sure. During the interview they mentioned Orrville as LB'er high. That got me to thinking if there were other positions that stood out? What about QB? Orrville has produced DI or DII QB's in 4 consecutive decades! I wonder what other schools in Ohio have produced QB's that went on to play QB in college at the DI or II level in 4 consecutive decades?5knots;1073388 wrote:He will be on air today with the ESPN affiliate in Decatur, IL. CCRollyCongrats to Mason and Stu. A question to all you Orrville fans...anyone else in the system that could be the next D1 recruit? Super early predictions?
-
riders1Trevor Summers also a linebacker
-
Riderwannabeif that coach stays. talked to davault and he said that haley might night come back.
-
Old RiderZook and Summers are the two that come to mind. The funny thing with the both of them is that Zook has the speed, but needs to get a little bigger and Summers has the size, but needs to get faster...however, they BOTH have the work ethic to improve in those areas...both will just be juniors next year.
Oh and I almost forgot...both are LB's for Coach Haley. -
riders1Heard Matt Davis is going to Mount Union, congrats Matt.

Mr. 300Zook needs to stay healthy for a season. Don't think he's played an entire season since entering Jr High. Great athlete, but football has beat him up bad for 4 years.

RedRider1It was mentioned in yesterday's DR about Orrville possibly exploring leaving the OCC....here's my thoughts and what I'm hearing regarding this.
