Why don't you just cool it and quit calling people sissies over a message board?

You do realize, that you had very little credibility on the subject to begin with, right? And if this proposal fails, the little bit you had will be gone. So how can anyone take you seriously when you make claims about a large push for separate playoffs if this fails?

Little Sherm, I talk to AD's throughout northern Ohio on a fairly regular basis. I'll have a lot more info late next week after a big meeting.

Yes, that's what I said. You and all of your whining little school girls accuse the parochial schools of it all the time. If they aren't in the OHSAA the gloves will be off and then you guys can whine and cry all you want because you will finally be right.

But you were so adamant before. All the people you had talked to before assured you that the votes are there. We were embracing the change. And now, there's not going to be any change? The point being...you must be talking to the wrong people.

You make ignorant comments constantly, you show your lack of intelligence constantly, and you expect us to believe that you are important enough to "talk to AD's throughout Northern Ohio on a fairly regular basis?" Do the restraining orders allow that?

If the parochials recruit at a higher level THEN, than they are now, maybe your future schedules could include the lower level Big Ten teams.

Lol. I'll be at a big meeting next week.

What is Massillon's position on the current proposal? Does Massillon prefer separate playoffs?

Oh, they're having valet parking at the meeting?

You are constantly calling anyone who has an opinion other than the one you have, a whiner, yet, it appears to me, that YOU are the one whining about an attempted, "leveling of the playing field". I mean, if the commish, feels something needs to be done, don't you think something needs to be done?

Looks to me like a few of you are upset that the gravy train you've been riding is being tinkered with.

First of all, your reading comprehension didn't improve during your break, the Dean would welcome a split. But I wouldn't expect your Massillon education to allow you to understand that.

Secondly, there's no reason for anyone to be upset over this proposal, it's DOA

Third, you're still a hypocrite. Complain about recruiting while your school trolls the halls of neighboring high schools looking for players that will transfer.

Why do you accept that so readily?

You know this for a fact, or are you just blindly repeating things that you have heard?

Your school just held a combine today. Are you really complaining about other schools? http://rise.espn.go.com/football/events/2011/02/NIKE-SPARQ-Combine-Ohio.aspx?pursuit=Football

For the 1,000th time, this combine was MUCH different than the one held by the Cleveland area parochials.

I agree at this combine they bring in kids from all over the country. Best of luck with getting some kids from it. It worked out pretty well landing the kid from Oregon last year.

Yeah, Massillon and Diebold are in cahoots, Diebold transferred a worker from Oregon, to Ohio....stay with me here....for the sake of Massillon football. See, a transfer of 1 or 40 players from say, oh, I don't know, Campbell, Fitch, Boardman, Poland, to Mooney is ok.
  • Rocket08
So you know THIS for a fact?

    I don't think so

The number of transfer football players to Mooney is actually very, very small.

Unfortunately you believe, and perpetuate Urban Legends

You have a lonely little life

Oh, thanks for telling me that....I didn't know, I believe every word too.

Obviously it didn't help them win a real title so who cares? As far as the separate playoffs go, again who cares? Just give out the participation trophies to the public schools who can't compete and everyone will be happy. Except of course the public schools like Coldwater, Hilliard Davidson, etc. who just line up and play football.

Or....Just allow EVERYONE to recruit potential student/athletes on the basis of sports....Like the Parochials.

I would be fine with that. Have an educational pool of money that's inclusive of local real estate taxes. A defined amount of money follows each student to the respective school they wish to attend.

    It would be fantastic.

Yea, and your transfers just happen to show up on their own

This is why you're a hypocrite
