Technically, it's not, who did they beat in the tournament to get there?

Can you then help me understand why you were asking "us boys" if the voted on paper titles were going to be acknowledged or not. You brought it up. Not I. Why?

The point is, the SEC only accounts for 10% of the schools, yet they have WON (on the field) over 50% of the BCS title games.

Titles aren't won at an even clip.

I have explained this to you many times, but you are stupid as **** and keep forgetting it. You do want championships evenly distributed because your school has never won one. I was looking at your school's state report, and it looks like your school has many students with the same intelligence level that you have. It is sad that your school is more concerned with hosting combines to bring in football players from all over the country than it is with basic education.

    1. You continue to feed of of the parochial school teet, I keep forgetting, sorry.
    2. Thank you for telling me what I want.
    3. Despite the fact that we are all arguing, it seems YOU, (and a few others), seem to be getting your panties in more of a bunch than they should be, considering we are talking about a game, a game the coincidently, teenage boys are playing. Anger management anyone?
    4. What does my schools state report card have to do with us talking about HS football? See you over on the academic board.

The BCS title is given to the winner of the two teams that play in the BCS Champiohsip Game. They compete on the field. If it's the technicality that you choose to rely upon all he stated was that the title game is determined on the field. He's correct.

So, according to you, since you have brought it up, you'd be ok with a poll, to decide who gets to the championship game, if that's what the OHSAA decided to change our system to?

Gosh I hope that I personally never get to the point that I begin arguing over this. I will have lost complete perspective if I do. I certainly hope that "anger" isn't involved in any manner!

It is just a game. A game made available to school boys for the purpose of experiencing and the opportunity of learning additional life lessons. Is it really useful to place such significant concern on they types of schools that win certain credentials and if so why?

I love that you try to twist words as much as possible. But now, that's not what I'm saying. My comparison to the college championship, is just to show that championships are not won at a rate equal to the percentage of teams in a particular subset of the whole.

If you can't understand that, or want to twist those words, then so be it. But it is clear that you will never try to see the other viewpoint on this discussion.

And a title game without a tournament has been frowned upon for 150 pages. But now that it fits some peoples arguments....

So anyone that disagrees with you on this matter, anyone that is a believer in to be the best, you have to beat the best, is just feeding off the parochial school teet?

Right, because priests and altar boys have a lot to do with the game of football doesn't it?

I'd like to answer this also. I'd be O.K. with it if the members voted and chose to do it...mostly because it really doesn't matter in the grand schemed of things to me because unless there's one division it all really just a feel good statement when multiple State Champions are crowned in a year.

You'd have to ask Bundy...or Rocket, I get the two mixed up.

The only one that is trying to make it fit their argument is you. You're trying to completely spin the point of his post to make it about Massillon and their voted on Championships, which had absolutely nothing to do with his post and you know it.

Maybe to some but to me it has zero implications to the point at hand which is should private schools have separate playoffs.

I don't see why people can't from upon them. If you want to you can too.

And for the hundredth time, I understand. You're wrong, I have tried to see the other side, I just didn't buy into it. And I never will.

Why would I have to ask them? I thought it was you that stated you were now leaning towards privates having separate playoffs? Am I mistaken?

    4. What does my schools state report card have to do with us talking about HS football? See you over on the academic board.
1.Looking at it objectively means "to feed of of the parochial school teet"
    2. You want your team given championships because you have never won one.
    3. I view it as just a game. You are the one trying to create loopholes to give your team a title since they have never won one.
    4. Your lack of education is very obvious because you have no logical reasoning skills. The math scores from your school prove that logical reasoning is very low in the city of Massillon.

You'll have to ask rocket because he's the one who keeps attempting to throw 8 titles in my face, and discount Massillon's titles. That's why.

8 titles and Massilon's titles have nothing to do with this point at all.

It was your posts that placed an emphasis on whether the schools was private or public that I am referring to.

    1. Not necessarily, but when your objectivity is expressed in the "angry" way that YOU express it....It becomes obvious. (see #2 in your quote above)
    2. Wrong.
    3. You view it as just a game, yet for 100 pages you have belittled me, my team, my beliefs.
    4. Again, the fact that I disagree with you're opinion does not mean that I have a lack of education. Your thinking that makes me question YOUR education.

How about THIS for anger? And belittlement?

I guess I could see you viewing it as belittlement but I have to liberally stretch it to come to that conclusions. I still don't get the anger part.

That wasn't the post you were referring to though when you said he was expressing it in an angry way. I just don't understand that sentiment I guess. Mocking you or "belittling" as you put it doesn't really mean it an angry post.

Can you help me with this question?

Pointing out that you want to manipulate the system because your team isn't very good makes me angry? We both would like to see our schools win their first state title. The difference is that I would like to see my team get better, while you would like to get rid of the teams that are better than yours. I am sorry if I have belittled your beliefs of having things handed to you, low work ethic, and little self-esteem. Hold on to all of those beliefs. I am sure that they will take you far in life. You are entitled to your beliefs, but when they are proven wrong, you don't seem to have the ability to grasp things logically. Several posters on here if provided with stats where championships in sports are not evenly distributed, but you don't seem to have the logical ability to grasp that concept.
