It is so ignorant to think that just because I'm from a public school and support one I should agree with your dumb ass. I'm a realist not a bumbling hypocritical fool like yourself. You have a one track mind and you and your pal skaks bias is blatant.

Well, he is one of the few telling the truth about parichial school football, why wouldn't I?

Don't you stick up for Rain man? His spelling and punctuation use....Or lack of it....rival anyone's on here.

Remember, like one of YOUR boys on here said, this isn't an essay contest.

No, they, ready for this? They RENT a home NEAR the school. Can you imagine Massillon, McKinley, Warren, Steubenville having a QB from another state and the OHSAA allowing them to RENT a home near the school? Never happen.
You are telling me that all those players on all those teams own houses? So no one rents homes or apartments in those school districts?

Punk is my 4rd favorite word.

God forbid us public school guys believe in "to be the best, you gotta beat the best" instead of "if you can't beat 'em, kick 'em out."

Our bias is blatant? Wow, it only took you 136 pages to figure that out? And TTBR is the slow one?

I'll tell you what, when the OHSAA allows Moellers head coach to rent HIS OWN home to an out of state kids family, so the kid can play football....FOR HIM....AT HIS SCHOOL....Damn straight I'm biased.

I would say go to your moms place of employment and ask her which, (the correct spelling by the way), one of us is thin and which one is thick.

I just want to get things straight. Just so that those that are new to the thread can understand.

When asked about the QB from Massillion being from Oregon, skank says that the family was just moved here and chose to attend Massillion. But, then will turn around and honestly believe that St. Ignatius scouted out the state of Oregon and recruited a high school kid to move to Ohio and play for their team. Is that right skank?

And then we have thinthick. The guy who believes with every fiber of his being that every private school recruits kids from huge metropolitan areas and hand picks their players. But don't ask him about the number of Big Red players who just happened to cross over the state line from Weirton. He might want to fight you in a bar. He claims that people outside of the Big Red program would have no idea what they are talking about because they aren't part of the program, but then will turn around and say that he knows full well about what happens at Mooney, Ursuline, or DSJ (even though he has no ties to those schools whatsoever).

These are the two biggest proponents for splitting the playoffs on this site. They say that it isn't fair. That things are slanted in the private schools' favor. Yet it's continually brought up that their schools do the exact same thing that they hammer the private schools for doing.

Can we all agree, at least, that these two guys are the biggest pieces of crap on this site?

I am 100% sure they would. Once again, let me type this slowly for you, if it was illegal nobody in their right mind would allow it to be published in the Plain Dealer. I know I'm one of the parochial 7 but even a hater like you must admit that it's got to be legal.

No Sherm I can't agree with that statement. It should read like this: "Can we all agree, at least, that these two guys are the biggest d-bags on this site?"

Nothing has changed since 1984 .. Who did we win the 06 and 05 championships with ? All Steubenville talent .. how about the 87 and 88 runners up teams ? All Steubenville talent ... the 08 runners up team ? the great 94 team ? this years team ? the great 82 and 85 teams ? all steubenville talent I can think of a couple of kids that went to more than one HS or junior highs and played for any of those teams Busic and Magnone of weirton .. Busic lived in Steubenville and his dad wanted him to go to Big Red , Magnone is related to DiCarlo .. Joe DiCarlo was a coach at the Red when I played . I do not know there personnel history but those families are pretty well off ,Its not near the same as pilfering the public school ranks of a metro area of over 200,000 with vouchers to poor kids ..
Not claiming that I know more about Big Red than you. I do know more than you when it comes to the recruiting of players from Edison!
Still can't answer the question of why Harding was left out of the new league?
