Palm Beach Dwyer vs. Glenville in Herbstreit Challenge on ESPN

  • Speedofsand
16 penalties, 156 yds for Dwyer and a bad BAD BAD call on the TD catch. These refs suck!!
  • osu45804
Dwyer has completed three 4th down conversions this drive and had a TD taken away
  • Tiger2003
Glenville defense cant stop Dwyer right now..
  • Tiger2003
This is poor clock management by Glenville letting valuable seconds run off the clock. Use your Damn timeouts Ginn Sr.
  • THE4RINGZ
Dwyer sure knows how to stop the clock with no timeouts with the "injury" and the "equipment malfunction".
  • Tiger2003
Wow Glenville does not deserve to win this game....this should be blamed all on Ginn Sr. ad the refs blow
  • mucalum49
Clock never started for Dwyer's play at the 1. Not the best officiating job down the stretch.
  • osu45804
    WOW what a finish! lol
  • mucalum49
Awful calls to rob Dwyer of 2 TD's on that last drive
  • Tiger2003
Wow Glenville better leave the Stadium....quickly.....That was horrible officiating by the Refs.....
  • THE4RINGZ
    WTF??????

    Homer?
  • Tiger2003
Those Refs should be banned from High School football...that was pathetic....but hey gotta take it as a Ohio Native.
  • mucalum49
Refs should be fired. Nick O'Leary just ended the broadcast flipping the bird to hopefully the refs rather than Glenville. Both teams played a good game, not their fault it ended how it did.
  • THE4RINGZ
If someone describe the ending of that game to you, you would have thought they were making it up. You had to see that to even come close to believing it.

    Very True.....

HAHAHAHHA That was disgusting. Glenville just got their Christmas presents early. Very disgusting refs can blow a win for those hard working kids at Dwyer. WOW!! Scored twice and the refs blew it!!!!!!
  • Speedofsand
The injury was Glenville's #70 , then the clock ran. Then the whole pile was in the end zone and the refs call 3rd down. Time runs out. 2 TD's robbed on the last drive. The whole nation on ESPN knows who really won this game. I can't believe what I saw. Of course ESPN was smart to cut away and not interview anyone, from either side. Those refs must be from Cleveland, that was shameful.

An embarrassment to Ohio highschool football. I was rooting for Glenville, but hate to see that game end the way it did.

I'm trying to remember any sports event that i felt a team or person got the shaft that bad. Maybe a boxing match in the past but WOW is all i can say.

I'm at the game. Replay showed a TD. Dwyer player was flipping off Glenville who had several players showboating. No handshakes, just a rush to clear field for next game.

Great game ruined by refs and poor sportsmanship by G'ville who were given a gift.

I turned the game on with :32 left. Looked like it was a good game, but most of the entertainment came in the last :32..... Ridiculous.

Is this a Florida thread ? I missed the second half but was at an event in Pittsburgh with 2 top Florida teams vs 2 top WPIAL teams and @ Ohio teams vs 2 top WPIAL teams and those Florida teams were going for two points late in the 4th when up by 28 and they were all congrats to each other and the fans were talking smack on northern football . so I dont know what happened but dont feel too sorry for florida

That player was Jack Nicklaus' grandson.
