As far as you War_Admiral you love saying "Buckcry " that speaks loads to what you think of other teams in the valley. My problem has never been with the Big Red football program but rather the Dillusional fans that run their mouths on forums Big Red is the Boise State of Jefferson county as every now and then they beat somebody their not supposed to, but more often than not they get pounded when they try to run with the big boys...as proven by your 2 loses this year. And may I add that I can give numerous examples of this happening in your schools past.
Now are you saying that I'm "Dillusional" or Delusional ? Or is it that I'm running my mouth? I would like to know your thinking on how BIG RED is the Boise State of Jefferson County. Now if you would have say Alabama , Florida , LSU , Texas , USC , Oklahoma , or even OSU I'd understand because these are teams with titles. I just don't get Boise State ! So who are the big boys of Jefferson County? -
DarkonIt's officiia!
This is just a another Big Red thread. As any that the "NATION" poats in. They just take over!
Nice job Chatter. Another site that will be dominated by Stueby! -

big_red_drummerPlayoff match-ups based on Drew Pasteur's seed projections:
#1 Marlington vs. #8 Dover
#4 East Liverpool vs. #5 Minerva
#2 Steubenville vs. #7 Edison
#3 Sheridan vs. #6 Licking Valley
Thank you for that relevant info. However, you have failed to tell us how the result of each game would determine the college program to be associated with each team in Region 11. Please do this for us immediately!!!outpost;532452 wrote:For those of you interested in computer points, I have the info for you. -
war_admiralSo far all I can think about is just how cool it would be to play Edison and then EL in the playoffs. What a great atmosphere. That's why ya gotta love Big Red Football.....BIG GAMES

I would love to see that matchup between Minerva and EL then the rematch with Marlington on a neutral field -
imneverwrongPretty solid region this year. I think Dover gets in at 8 and has a tough game either way.
-
VikingEither Big Red or Marlington will win it. I like the Duke's chances this season.
-
finster4307If the Red is healthy...they win the region. Yep...that's the ticket.

I really don't know what your getting at, but it shows your total lack of judgement and respect.....I could go after you with some personal attacks, but that would be dropping to your level.
And on a side note...ICHS is still building thier program and I for one believe it is headed in the right direction. Just because we cannot beat Big Red means nothing to me now and Big Red is not the stick by which ICHS needs to measure there program against. ICHS needs only to be concerned with laying the foundation to build there own tradition....and tradition takes time to build!!
Someone needs to inform Iggy that it takes time to build -
OQBThis region looks to be pretty tough this year, and a few teams have the team to win it...should be interesting!
-
SUPER787
That's odd. The reason given for the game by your head coach said Steubenville WAS the measuring stick for I.C.'s progress. Maybe they should have used a shorter stick. A return game would have given a clearer picture of their progress but that did not happen, thanks to the administration and the boosters demanding that that 2nd game not be played.Hip Hop/Logicbomb;532035 wrote:@ Manowar

But, I digress. With I.C., as with any team: they are what they are; and that's all that they are. -
TheQI'm looking at Sheridan as the possible spoiler in this region. I'm sure that they don't mind flying under the radar with everybody talking about BR and Marlington as an almost sure thing for the regional final.

I have it on good authority that they don't mind in the slightest.TheQ;534838 wrote:I'm looking at Sheridan as the possible spoiler in this region. I'm sure that they don't mind flying under the radar with everybody talking about BR and Marlington as an almost sure thing for the regional final. -
LocoEngineer66Minerva might have something to say about who is winning the region also. Good chance they might be making a drive to Thornville in week 11.

finster4307I remember the BR - Sheridan playoff game from '04...a nightmare.

ts1227Any texts regarding the scores of the bubble teams (Dover, Edison, Minerva, Salem) and their second level points (particularly Salem's) would be appreciated.
I'm most likely going to be helping out with some stuff at the Salem game, and won't have any other access to scores.
PM me if you would be interested, I'll get to it after work this evening. -

dukes1986Good luck Quakers and Lions!

2002sunsetDear Marlington,
Please don't take West Branch lightly. BR needs you to have an unblemished record for a couple more weeks. -
GREYCATedison plays Saturday.
