My problem has never been with the Big Red football program but rather the Dillusional fans that run their mouths on forums Big Red is the Boise State of Jefferson county as every now and then they beat somebody their not supposed to, but more often than not they get pounded when they try to run with the big boys...as proven by your 2 loses this year. Now if you would have say Alabama , Florida , LSU , Texas , USC , Oklahoma , or even OSU I'd understand because these are teams with titles. I just don't get Boise State ! So who are the big boys of Jefferson County?

  Pretty solid region this year. I think Dover gets in at 8 and has a tough game either way.

  That's odd. The reason given for the game by your head coach said Steubenville WAS the measuring stick for I.C.'s progress. Maybe they should have used a shorter stick. A return game would have given a clearer picture of their progress but that did not happen, thanks to the administration and the boosters demanding that that 2nd game not be played.
  But, I digress. With I.C., as with any team: they are what they are; and that's all that they are.

  I'm looking at Sheridan as the possible spoiler in this region. I'm sure that they don't mind flying under the radar with everybody talking about BR and Marlington as an almost sure thing for the regional final.
