Strapping Young LadHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!! Suck it Pittsburgh!!!!!!

DaBrowns41Man, you're posts get better and better.
I know that the Holmes "catch" wasn't really a catch, but if your team actually played some defense in the Super Bowl, maybe you'd have won the game and wouldn't have to dwell on one call.
Talk to me in the Divisional Playoffs and we'll see who Arizona is playing. -
thavoiceThe steelers dont have a game this weekend.
As a matter of fact, only 8 of the 32 teams in the NFL are playing this weekend.
If you were an NFL fan you would know who is playing whom this weekend. -

Either way, you're being a ra tard. -
Ironman92Many of the Steelers are playing with their 2 Super Bowl rings.
This dumbass season should go a long way during the offseason and next season.
Steelers were the only moronic team in football to not lose by more than 7 points all season (no one else was under 10)
In Pittsburgh's 7 losses they lost by a total of 28 points...I believe only the Chargers and Saints were better...of course only losing 3 games. Of the 256 losses in the NFL this season Pittsburgh had ZERO losses of the top 145 in the most lopsided loss category.
Either FIre Bruce Arians or FORCE him to call a game like he had to late in the season...not like during Baltimore, Bears and Raiders....where they all lost in the last moment for no reason other than he.
And of course the special teams coach should be burnt toast. -
thavoice^^Did fire the ST coach, and OL coach as well.
Imagine that during their long meeting that MT and BA came to the agreement on the direction of the offense, that it needs to run the ball more. This is a pass first team, and pass first league and with BR, MW, HW, SH and HM they would be stupid take not take advantage of those weapons.....but also need to put more emphasis on the ground game.
Running is a tough mentality. I dont see the team being run first for a long while, and I am slowly OK with it, but BA needs to do better in getting the ground game going -
NonEven if they snuck in I think they would've been one and done this year.
I've actually been thinking about this quite a bit. How successful of a season is it if your team makes the playoffs but doesn't win the Super Bowl?
My feeling is that every year the Steelers made the AFC Championship Game I look at better than the times they lost in the Wild Card or Divisional Round.
Of course you want to win it all but I think making it to the final four is a sign that you were in serious contention. Just my opinion. -
FootwedgeThe Steelers blew this season. Ohio State won the Rose Bowl. Overall...a great football season. Won't have to worry about the refs cheating for the Steelers through the Super Bowl tournament.
-
thavoicenon.....not so sure. I think that the offense was good enough to put up enough points to win. I think they coulda beaten NE or Cincy this weekend. I think SD is on a wholenother level right now and probably are the colts. Thing is, Indy could come out pretty rusty and could be knocked off.
I think the steelers coulda won a game in the playoffs and if won if they played indy, but would lose out in SD.
I agree tho..some say if ya dont win it all then whats the point. I would rather make the playoffs and lose in teh first game then to not make them at all.
I would rather lose in the second playoff game than in the first. I would rather lose in the AFC championship game than in the second playoff game.
I would rather lose in teh SB then to not make it at all. -

If the Browns would blow enough for a 9-7 season to be deemed unsuccessful, your sack would explode from the force of your uncontrollable ejaculation.Footwedge wrote: The Steelers blew this season. Since you are obviously jealous of the Steeler organization do you mind telling us who your team is?Strapping Young Lad wrote: HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!! Suck it Pittsburgh!!!!!! -
NonThey would've lost to NE. Brady would've made every third down conversion and the defense wouldn't be able to get off the field.
I think they would've competed hard like the Jacksonville wild card game but NE would make at least one more play to win.
I'm not in total agreement with that last part. Maybe back in 1992 it was great to just make the playoffs but they've made it so many times that making it and losing in the wild card round feels like an underachieving year. That would've been the case this year, if they made it and still went one and done.
I think either AFC Championship or a thrilling Divisional Round loss is a good year and that's the line. Like when they lost to Tennessee in 2002, that was right at the cutoff line of being a good year.
Wild card loss or divisional round blowout loss and I feel like it's below the line. -

This is funny. Coming from the douche who will bash Big Red all day but won't admit who his team is. So, by your logic you must be jealous of a bunch of 16 yr. old high school football players???Al Capone wrote:
