Just saw Dallas will be releasing Tony Romo tomorrow. Which means Jerry Jones will be in suicide watch for the upcoming weeks.

I'm surprised he is doing it, honestly. There must not have been ANY trade talks. Which isn't too surprising given his contract and injury history.

McCown was in town today, supposedly. I wouldn't be opposed to him being Dak's backup.

It will be a sad day for me. Tears might be shed.

Where does Romo sign? I'll say Denver.

Brandon Marshall signed a two year deal with the Giants.

    I'd take Romo in Cleveland.

He will last 2 games max.

Small contract but I'd take him. He'd be the best QB to walk through Cleveland's door since... Well a long time.

Agree. It's probably the only legitimate option. Houston, I guess, but would they spend MORE money for a QB who probably won't last?

Source: The #Patriots are trading for #Colts TE Dwayne Allen. Wow.

Denver makes sense, as does SF?

SF sucks, I would imagine Tony wants to play for a team that can compete.

true but I think he believes he will be playing another 2-3 years. Not sure how realistic that is though. Also, SF is spending cash and their suckiness can be largely blamed on gross QB play. If they had a good QB, they likely wouldn't have been so terrible. Romo also faces no real challenger in SF. In Denver, he has two potential guys ready to take his job

Can't beleive Colts got a 4th rounder him.

Hate Allen. So much talent, so little production, and so many injuries.

Which just means he'll go to NE and get healthy and have an insane season.

There were early reports that Marshall and the Pats had mutual interest. He'd probably snag 20 TDs with Brady as his QB. Thank god that didn't materialize.

    Fack!

How on earth did Mike Glennon get a 3 year/$45 million contract? He didn't even play in 2015, and in 2016 he threw 11 passes. Also, completely irrelevant and meaningless, but he looks like the guy who'd show up to fix your air conditioner -- not a professional QB.

    He looks like Napolean Dynamite.

Teams are desperate for QB's. He's big and has a decent arm. That's about it.

There are a lot of Jets fans that wanted Glennon. I was indifferent, but it would have been absurd to give him that amount of money in the Jets position.

Well now you can have Cutler.
