I know Boston wasn't hitting their shots early and IT looked like shit, but it's not like the cavs role players were hitting many shots either outside of Lebron inside the paint.
I'd like to modify this. Love and TT killed it lol. They should be able to do that all series.

Getting close again. I'm 40 now so it's a slow process since my last foot surgery. As long as there are no medical setbacks, I'll dunk and bench 400 on my 41st birthday.

Correct. It's all about quality of life.

Had to look this up. KI 4-11, 11Pts, 6 A. But no one really cares after what Love did and TT beast mode.

Kyrie has quietly had a shitty playoffs. I think he's hurt.

Not sure whether he's hurt but I agree with the first part. Hope it's not the latter because they will need him at his best against GS.

I also think he is hurt. I'd sit him for the Boston series even if it means a game is lost.

Boston has no answer for Lebron, TT or Love.

I don't buy that kyrie is hurt. He has had good games, especially at distributing the ball. The cavs haven't really needed him to step up with how Lebron is playing. Even then he single handedly nailed in Torontos coffin. He was also practicing and working out hard during the layoff. If it was anything serious I doubt he would have participated.

At this point, with the way this team is playing, I don't see how you can pick anyone but the Cavs to win the title this year.

The Cavs will do what they did to the Warriors last year and that's screen Lebron with Curry's man to get a 1v1 matchup with Curry and then punish. It will be easier this year because we added more shooters and the Warriors got substantially weaker in the front court. Unless the Cavs shooters go ice cold from the 3, I could easily see a NBA finals sweep 4-0.

Has any team ever gone undefeated in the playoffs?

    That's not going to happen.

Yeah, I don't see a sweep. I just hope my shitty dream doesn't happen.

This might be the most quintessential sleeper hot take ever. Thoughts?
  • BR1986FB
If the Cavs were to sweep through the playoffs, including Golden State, they would have to be in the discussion for the best team ever. 92.3 had a national guest on this morning and he was discussion Lebron's quest to be the greatest player ever vs the Warriors quest to be the best team ever....said that was the matchup in the Finals.

I think we all know Sleeper has become a caricature of himself at this point. No need to devote any further posts to it.

Kyrie is fine. He was t in the flow of the offense at all last night. I hate to bitch about last night bc let's be real we destroyed them. But I didn't like the lebron ISO so much. I would have liked them to move the ball more. Also if I'm lue, I'm playing JR late in games in blow outs and just tell him to shoot every time down the court and try and get him going more. If we can get jr and korver hot entering the finals, it will be absolutely deadly to GS
