NBA Champion - Cleveland Cavaliers 2016-2017 Season Thread

Most mockups have it just being the winged foot, on the player's left chest/shoulder area.

Nike is taking over next year also(for the NBA), so I would assume you will see the swoosh on the other side. Maybe not though, since Adidas hasn't had a visible logo.

The Cavs definitely look the best and I like the Akron ties (there also used to be an old team called the Akron Wingfoots that Larry Brown played on). And I assume the swoosh will be on the other side. I hope Nike does some cool updates with the new jerseys.

Tried to rep but couldn't. Good work anyways.

Agreed. I'm with you guys on this one.

At least ours looks like a video game power up boost. When they announced they'd have major announcement this morning, I was more hoping for 1)Hosting All Star game 2)Griffin extension

Looks like it'll be Boston. Don't like playing on the road to start a series, but hopefully all the rest helps us come out strong.

Cavs in 4. Wouldn't mind in 5 though just to win it on their court.

I don't care if it goes 5 OT into game 7 as long as Cavs win and come out healthy.

    Cavs in 4.

    Or 5.

I don't care for the WCF starting so early, while the ECSF aren't even finished. If GSW sweep, could give them a TON of rest. League do this for them, or is this typical?

Not really true as there are 4 days between game 2 and 3 of the WCF whereas there is an ECF game every other day. Basically if the Warriors sweep and the Cavs sweep, they will only have one extra day of rest.

If the Cavs play like they should, and don't come out rusty, this should be a sweep. Celtics have no rebounding and no other consistent scoring option than Thomas. Still my only concern is Boston trying to take cheap shots and either causing JR to get a suspension or hurting a key player.

One of my coworkers is a needledick Boston fan and he has been obnoxious since February. I bet him $200 that the Cavs will do better in the playoffs since February and he is too much of a puss to take the bet. He will make this series unbearable for me, so the Cavs better end it quickly.

Outside of injuries, my main concern is the cavs coming out cold for game one after a long layoff and trash Boston role players like Olynk play out of their ass. If the Cavs remain healthy and this series goes beyond 5 games, I will be pretty pissed.

I'm worried about Olynk hurting one of our players.

I still don't expect much of a series here. Cavs are substantially better than everyone in the East by a mile.

Maybe I am really under selling the Celtics, but I really think Toronto would have beaten the Celtics and Wizards in a series.

I think they are all relatively equal in talent so its certainly possible.

Hopefully your favorite player Jones comes in and puts him on his ass, as hard as possible.

That is his role as much as I disagree with having a player with that role on the team.

I'd like to see the Cavs have a scrub player ready to take care of business when things get chippy.

They had him previously (Kendrick Perkins).

    His name is Dahntay Jones.
