GOnna have to turn this off soon...don't want to see them celebrate

I'd pay thousands of dollars to watch someone level Curry when he fucking acts like that. Just straight, fucking truck him and watch him cry like a little bitch.

I'm not even mad. Durant joining this team was such a bitch move. They get ZERO respect anywhere.

Most of my non-cavs friends are texting me right now saying they have zero respect for him and this warriors team. Basically be like the Seahawks and patriots merging teams, and winning the super bowl.

They can all eat a dick. Cavs will be back.

Apparently I have to spread some reputation around.

Oh yeah. Turning this off any minute now.

The sports media I follow on Twitter all defending/respecting Durant. I just don't get it.

I'm pissed because I fucking hate them, but yes.

Durant just going to the team that he can't beat is a complete bitch move.

Why are you happy? None of them are from Detroit.

It's like thumping your chest when you win with the All-Madden team

    Fuck classy

Well, it's a pipe dream, but so was KD to the GSW. So I'm all on board for PG13 to demand a trade to Cavs. Until it doesn't happen, I'm convinced it will. Lol.

This is how I plan on getting by the next few weeks.

Certainly, there's a difference between the fatigue that takes place over the course of a season and the fatigue that takes place in a single game. You can still be worn out after a hard game but be able to have fresh legs by the next game.

    You're a walking abortion.

What's worse: this loss or watching Lebron win his first title with Miami
  • Sonofanump
I did not have any expectations of anyone beating GSW when Durant decided to join them rather than beat them.

100% Miami for anyone from NEO, because the feeling was LBJ could not recruit to Cleveland and that was the Cavs title he took to South Beach.

I know you are not the worst, I just can't think of anyone worse than you right now. Maybe Capone from the old huddle.

As was mentioned, not only is he guarding Durant (no small chore) but he has to attack in an up tempo offense. Also take into account that he has little, if no help off the bench. I heard a stat this morning that the Warriors bench outscored the Cavs, on average, 30 points PER GAME in this series. I don't know if that's correct (didn't check) but it's glaring.

What is says to me is that it's possible that the Cavs might be able to compete with them if they get rid of the dead weight (both Williams, both Jones, Korver, RJ & Frye). Can they use those guys as trade chips to get a 4th guy? Doubtful but one can dream.

I agree with the poster that said that Cavs would've won this series, minus Durant. I don't know about "sweep" since the first two games were pretty lopsided but I think they'd be up 3-2 right now.

As I've said previously, I think that K-Love is going to be the unfortunate scapegoat even though he played pretty well in these playoffs.

One thing to keep in mind (assuming the Cavs add/subtract some pieces) that next year will be a whole new animal. In 2017, the GSW were a laughingstock choke job who lost a 3-1 lead in the 2016 Finals. They were hungry and they were the hunters. In 2018, they will be wearing the target on their back and be the hunted. The Cavs should be pretty locked in and hungry to win back what was theirs. The only scary part about GSW is that this was supposed to be their year to gel/feeling out period and they were THIS good. Cavs have a lot of work ahead of them as LBJ's window shrinks.

EDIT: Oh, and classy can gfh.

Agreed and I'm sure a lot of people won't like this "hot taek" but LBJ started all of this so it's partially his fault. I know it was a bitch move for KD to join a 73 win team he couldn't beat and LBJ's situation was different (joined friends/built a team) but I still contend that LBJ could've had multiple titles here in Cleveland. His passive/aggressive "will he stay or will he go" diva bullshit kept a few free agents from coming here because he wouldn't commit (or recruit).

Classy tried too hard with that post. Obvious troll is beyond obvious.

I think a 70+ game season is plenty of time to "gel."
