2016 Cleveland Cavaliers offseason

Heard the idea today (think it was Cowherd's show) about the Cavs trading for D Wade in December. Giving up Frye, Shump, and a first rounder for Wade. I wouldn't mind that at all, depending on how Wade looks.

    Where did you hear that?

I don't think he gets one either but haven't seen an official report.

Just checking in to say, Oh Cavs champs? OK.

Pretty much what I say daily to co workers.

LOL at iggy saying OKC was the best team in the playoffs. Cavs would have beaten OKC in 6 or less.

It looks like Jordan McRae and Kay Felder are pwning in the summer league.

Color me unimpressed. I can't see either player contributing at the NBA level at any point in their careers. Both may get garbage time minutes after the Cavs blow teams out but that's the highest expectation I have for either player.

The good news is, assuming we get JR back, I think the Cavs are the best team in the NBA even with the Warriors adding Durant.

I have some faith in Felder. He knows how to score, big strong body and can shoot it from deep. He was the best player in the league (Horizon) and still was able to drop near 30 a game against better competition in non-con.

EDIT: just looked and it was actually well over 30 a game versus the best teams.

    He's 5'9". I don't care if he has a 400' wingspan. The man is 5'9".

He'll rot on a D-league team at best or maybe Europe will take him. He has no place in the NBA.

That's the ceiling for many of these guys. What's your point?
  • SportsAndLady
Lol sleeper doesn't even watch basketball, I'm not sure why you guys even respond.

Guy looked at his fucking ESPN profile, saw his height, and said he'd never do anything in the NBA. Probably never seen him play once.

He is white and old. I can't see him contributing at the NBA level at this point in his career. He might get garbage time minutes after the Cavs blow teams out, but that's the highest expectation I have for him.

The good news is the cavs are the best team in the NBA and will beat the Warriors easily in 4 games.

He's way better than Kaun. Plus he's not afraid to mix it up.
