  Someone in the decision making has to have enough sense to keep it as is. Unfortunately not enough sense to announce it now.

  The only way he caused it was if his putter contained a ball magnet. Putter wasn't even grounded which is the only way without contact to cause it to move.

  From my limited understanding of the rules and procedures of golf, I think think that the decision will completely up to DJ after the officials have him review the video.
